The location was the best could walked to where I needed to be. The hotel was nice and clean the rooms were big. The bed slept comfortably. Like that there was a bar with happy hours and lounge!!

The kitchen should have been prepared for a booked hotel to have the breakfast ready things but in place when the first around was gone the 2nd batch should be ready to set up. Not having a hot container that was grits just there or just empty containers!!! The breakfast sucks breakfast started at 7am-10am. Arrived at breakfast at 8:45am there was no food and did not restock. I really had a boil egg and juice and one little girl I was with only had toasted. At 9:45am they only put not even half of the food on the bar. The omelette station ran out of food and still had people in line. Had to pay for parking which not bad to get my car rather I didn’t have to pay $37 a night. I would have rate this hotel better it wasn’t even the parking it was the BREAKFAST that was very disappointing 😒

I love the hotel I we stay there for the breakfast. I have noticed the last couple of times I stayed at any of the hotels you all are getting away from the traditional breakfast and love and moving towards a continental type breakfast. All the quest I encountered are complaining and saying that is not what this hotel is about. Maybe you should think about going back to the traditional breakfast that your quest know and love.

I was coming in a train wreck. My mom had a heart attack and I didn't know how long I was gong to have to stay and had to add an additional day, and I had booked through a third party and was freaking out as to the process and having to be at the hospital at the same time. Not knowing if I would lose my room or how it would all work but the staff was exceptional, and their kindness was so appreciated. Ian even chased me down as I came in one night just to ask about my mom. I had to leave to go back home to Tennessee for a couple of days due to mom's complications and our finances, but when we find out when/if the surgery will take place, we'll stay no where else but here. They are wonderful! The location to the hospital is great, the rooms are very clean and well stocked. The perks of the bar, appetizers, and fabulous breakfast are amazing!!

Location! Atlantic Station with shops and eateries across the street. Enjoyable walk!

Parking is very expensive! If you’re staying on the property you should not have to pay! Would be nice if breakfast were available until 10am (at least). We are from California and every morning we’d miss breakfast because it shut down at 9:30am.

The location was excellent. The room was large and clean. The staff were really friendly and helpful. At the breakfast room, staff were always asking if I needed anything, and if they could help with anything even before I asked. They were just delightful. I would stay here again on my next visit.

I would’ve liked there to be more towel racks or hooks in the bathroom, especially near the bathroom sink.

Smell was good. Cleanliness was good. Location was good for the event I was attending.

Staff was helpful and courteous, but there was only one staff at the front desk and often lines of people waiting to be served by the one staff at one desk. There were three counters but only one person running check-in and outs and guest needs. Although, staff worked steady to assist everyone, it seemed a second staff member would have expedited each guests wait.

The staff was FANTASTIC. Shaun Lee, the front desk attendant went above and beyond to accommodate our needs. Fresh sheets, finding us what we needed and his general demeanor. He was a Breathe of fresh air. Thank him personally for his patience with the many kids we were traveling with. How employees treat children speaks volumes about someone’s character.

I think the 4th day cleaning policy is simply unhygienic. No trash bags, no trash valet. Unacceptable. Having to request sheets to change them ourselves, unacceptable for 300 dollars a night. Also the bartenders are not on the same page. On Friday last call was 10:30 on Saturday it was 10pm. We RUSHED back to make last call to be what seemed like a burden. Please BE CONSISTENT. We do not care if it’s 9, 10 or 10:15 BUT IT NEEDS TO BE THE SAME EVERY DAY AND POSTED.

Loved the property but some of the staff was a little rude. Also they kept calling us saying we were loud and getting complaints when it was the room next to us and across from us having a party. We got fed up with the calls so we went down to complain and got some push back

The facility ran low or out of towels for the rooms. The front desk was understaffed for the weekend, but the ones that were there were very helpful. Other than that it was a enjoyable stay!!
