I absolutely loved this hotel! We stayed here for the Taylor Swift concert and while getting around ATL was kind of a pain due to the sheer amount of people in town that weekend, I think we made a great choice on our hotel. The room was great, I loved the design of it. I also loved that there was a full length mirror with spots to hang an outfit and a steamer available to steam our wrinkles. I have never had that before and if I was getting dressed up for an event, that would be incredible to have available in a hotel room rather than bringing my own portable steamer. I loved that Grown Alchemist toiletry products were provided, a super nice touch. We were upgraded to a corner room and the next morning we had the most amazing sunrise view of Atlanta from our window. The location was amazing, there was so much to do and see around the hotel that we will have to come back and stay again. We loved the bar area and the front desk staff were amazing, really kind and upbeat during what I am sure was a stressful weekend. We tried out the St. Germain bakery and Velvet Taco in the connecting building, both were lovely. I'm a little bummed we didn't have a longer stay!

One of our towels appeared to have some kind of stain on it, but it was resolved easily. Nothing else was subpar, we really did have a great stay.

Room was clean and bed was comfortable. Very impressive, decor was amazing. Bathroom was very nice, appreciated that toilet had its own door. Staff friendly and helpful. Food and cocktails at Drawback really good.

The bed was comfortable and quiet. The rooms were spacious and relaxing. The staff was friendly and the breakfast was really good.

The safety feature of needing a key to access your floor when having a popular bar in the lobby.

No coffee maker. When asked at front desk, all 3 of them were "already in guests room being used". If someone asks for a crib it should be assumed that they will need to warm water for infant. Never been in a hotel without even a microwave.

I loved how fresh and clean every square inch of the property was. The staff were casual but sharp as well.

If I had to find something, it would be that they did not offer room service around the clock. They are a boutique though so I had to dig here.

The check in process was smooth. The room was beautiful and spacious.

Property is gorgeous! The design of the room is very well thought out- the big drawers under the daybed, the hand sanitizer wipes, a great clothing steamer.. the positive quotes on the cards were a wonderful touch!
