Sherry at the front desk was exceptional. The air conditioning didn't seem to be cooling the room so Sherry came up and reset the unit while we were at a wedding we had traveled to the area to attend. Didn't return from the wedding until about 10pm but Sherry was watching for our return as she ran out to the car to meet us and inform me of what she had done. She said she had yet checked the room again and she felt that the unit was now cooling properly. Sherry assured me that if we still were not happy with the room temperature, she'd take care of us to our satisfaction. The room turned out to be fine and we even got a bit chilly! Great job to Sherry! She really cares about the guests!

Only problem was air unit didn't cool the room initially but the front desk fixed it.

The breakfast bar was great!

The toilet was way too short for a tall person (you practically felt like you were sitting on the ground) the shower had a spot of mold in it where the silicone was globbed around the tub, there were also a small spot of something on our fitted sheet, and after being in the shower for about 3 minutes you practically lost about 75% of the water pressure you had.

I was extremely happy with the BW Albemarle Inn. Everything was fantastic…from Sherri at the front desk, to the room, and the exceptionally pleasant customer service. The only thing not great, was the breakfast buffet, but I’ve never found free hotel breakfasts good. Given that, this one was very clean, well organized and the biscuits were good. I would absolutely recommend this hotel for your stay in Albemarle.

Nothing co siding the overall value.

Breakfast was delightful always hot and full. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I am partially paralyzed the front desk associates. Monica and her manager made sure I had coffee and juice every morning even though I could not carry it, they took care of me very well housekeeping is very friendly and thorough, this establishment has a good staff. I would recommend this to all of my business partners and family traveling.

The girl working the front desk was a10 [plus. She was beautuful and so efficiant. Very friendly and pleasant to talk to. I would keep her sparing no cost. I managed people for 35 years and I can tell good workers when I see them. That woman will get you business.

Low occupancy for a very fine motel. That is a tragedy

All the staff were very friendly and helpful. The beds were comfortable. It was very convenient to every where we were going. We will stay there again.

There is nothing to grab on when getting out of the shower.

Hotel was clean, staff was friendly, breakfast was as promised.

Pool was closed. I get that it was mid september, but maybe some outdoor seating besides the smoking area. There are chairs in the pool area, but if it is closed, you can't access them. :)

The cleanliness and convenience of being close to every where we needed to be.

When the power went out, then came back, the elevator was still not working and I had my elderly mother that has a very difficult time walking. Two of us had to basically carry her down the stairs.

Staff was great... Same ole crappy free breakfast but, we all expect that anymore. Cereal is always a good choice. Room was very large and bed was very comfortable. Good value.

The staff was perfect!! Literally everyone was so nice! Very professional! The pool was a nice temperature and fun! The rooms were quiet, spacious, temperature was comfortable.

There was some staining on the sheets.
