The location was excellent, in a nice old building. The staff were really lovely and helpful. The room was comfortable and clean, and the air conditioning was great in the hot summer! They even had a small elevator for taking your luggage up, which was much appreciated.

I had only one minor issue -- I was usually still in the room when they came to clean, which was fine, but even on days where they came in after to change towels, make the bed, etc., they didn't leave additional toilet paper! It would be nice if there were always two rolls handy in the bathroom.

This hotel is within very easy walking distance of the train station, but far enough away that it’s not noisy. It’s also located close to Place de la Comédie (the main square with a beautiful fountain) and the Polygone shopping center. The bathroom was very small, but I chose one of the cheapest rooms so it was still a great value for the price. The staff are friendly and welcoming.

The hotel is very well situated very close to the central place and near all the caffees and place de la Comedie, on a quiet street, accesible by public transportations. Rooms where very clean we stay just for one night there The city was amazing, totally worth visiting

It would have been great to have in the room a kettle, and some basic stuff as cups and spoons, as the persons from the reception were not happy to share with us 2 spoons and 2 cups :D

The rooms were clean, the hotel is conveniently located within walking distance of major tourist attractions. The staff spoke excellent English and provided helpful suggestions as to what to see in the city. We were also able to enjoy our wine in the common space, which was very pleasant. The breakfast was good.

The elevator was tiny, so getting all the luggage up to the rooms took us a few trips.

The price was very good for the location between the Station and the Place de la Comedie. The room was small but very clean and quiet. Very close to the centre of the town so all bars and restaurants were very accesible.

I had no complaints.

Exceptionally helpful staff - Maiva at reception spent part of her evening investigating travel options to the TGV train station for the following morning, and booked a taxi for me when we decided that tramway works made public transport doubtful. Plus breakfast was excellent - cereals, yogurt, fruit, toast, cheese and ham all on offer as well as croissants and pain au chocolat! The room was exactly as described on the website, simple but with everything that you needed, and very good value for money.

I wasn’t expecting much for the price but such a great location, and excellent value for money. the best of all was the staff was absolutely lovely, helpful, friendly. gave us loads of tips on where to go and what to do. the room had what we needed.

it was basic but we didn’t expect more. perhaps a kettle in the room would have been good but that’s because we are British :)

The reception staff were all very friendly and helpful. They also spoke very good English. The location was perfectly located with respect to both the train station and the city centre. Good value for money.

The bathroom was a bit on the smaller size, but that didn’t bother us too much because we are both on the smaller side.

The staff were absolutely lovely! Bed was also really comfy and there was no issue with noise (some reviews had mentioned this but we had no problem).

A do not disturb sign would be a very useful addition. Also a kettle with tea/coffee in the room would be nice.
