Beautiful hotel. Clean. Comfy bed. Free meter parking after 5.
I paid extra for breakfast, and when we checked in,the staff told us when and where breakfast was. The next morning when we went, they just told us we tell them our room number and they take care of it that way. Our waiter gave us a menu,we ordered and then offered our room number (because he didn't ask for it). Then we asked how that works and he proceeds to tell us "oh,that's only for the first 5 items on the menu" so..we didn't get breakfast included, we had to pay for it because we had already placed our order. They do not tell you this beforehand so be aware of buying the breakfast w your room. I definitely won't be doing that next time.

We are early risers, so a Starbucks that opens at 6am was a big part of our decision to stay here. Also loved the restaurant in the evening. Ate dinner both nights, and it was delicious! The lobby was also inviting and a good place to hang out.
The fire alarms were tested around 10am Friday morning. It was a hassle, since alarms were going off everywhere, and we had not received a heads-up. Minor inconvenience, though. I would imagine such tests are at the mercy of the company that comes to test them.

The hotel was so nice! I would say this hotel is the cleanest hotel I have ever stayed in! When we walked through the hotel room doors you could still smell the cleaner which I didn’t mind it gave me peace of mind that the room was cleaned properly. The room was exactly as it was described. We chose the deluxe king bed with city view and the view was so pretty. There is valet and you can come and go as you please for 24 hour charge around $35. I will definitely be staying here again!
The valet could not drive a manual car.

The location was perfect, walking distance to many of the places we wanted to go. The breakfast was good and the portions were huge. The staff was very helpful both in the restaurant and the hotel. Parking was extra but you could come and go as many time as you needed to. When we were going to have bad weather in the area they made sure the cars were parked in the garage.
At first I thought the parking was a lot however after using it I would do it again.

Easy access Great Valet service Starbucks Everything was wonderful
Overpriced breakfast that we were told was included was awful-bacon tasted precooked and usually 2 pieces of toast instead of one very hard piece-paid over 40.00 for an omlet-no meat no toast no sides, orange juice,1 fried egg,2 strips of bacon and 1 piece of toast and a diet. Coke served by wait staff that never checked on us and 3 of them stood at the bar chatting

Amazing new place, very central and close to the main amenities of the city. Highly recommended for visitors to see the beauty of OKC. If this is your first time to OKC, this is a real nice place to stay.
Obviously when we have a place so nice we can get to discuss small details. This is the case here, small but certainly will be a plus, the pillows where all hard...There was not a combination of hard and soft...That was a shame...

The location of the hotel was very close to where we were going. The amenities were nice and staff friendly. The room was nice and the bed was comfortable.
The room doors slammed shut and were very loud when doing so. Noise from the hallway and other rooms was pretty apparent. Valet was overwhelmed. Due to the amount of business they had, we were accidentally double charged.

The location
The cost of valet was $35. I believe if you're staying at the hotel it should be cheaper. the first room we were given smelled like mildew and the air was really "sticky". We turned on the AC and it kept making a really loud noise. They immediately moved us to a different room... same size just not as good of a view as the first one. We had to wait about 30 minutes for our car to be pulled around because the valet grabbed someone else's instead of ours.

Very clean, most of the staff was friendly. Loved the starbucks inside with convenient hours.
Should be able to charge starbucks to your room. 1 desk clerk was not very nice. If you need a lighter, you're screwed. No matches, no store conveniently located by, and definitely no help from the girl with really long light brown hair. If anything, she'll give you a disgusting look.

The location was within walking distance of lots of restaurants and activities. The room was immaculate.
The beds were hard. The bathroom door did not provide adequate privacy, because it left a gap. I could see the toilet from the far wall if I was sitting in the provided chair.
