Good, budget price hotel in Vientiane. Nice pool. Lovely reception area. Good location. Helpful receptionists. Breakfast was good buffet style.

This hotel is made by the people. All the staff very helpful. Had to check out a day early and hotel gave a 70 percent refund which I was very surprised and grateful for. They had no obligation to do that. The breakfast had many choices including choice of fresh made omelette and fired eggs. Good location,easy to walk to many bars,cafes and attractions or to get taxi. The pool is quite small but deep enough with enough sun beds and also seated area with shade. A few negatives with this hotel but overall for the price, breakfast,pool,location and the people I would definitely stay again if back in Vientiane

Our room 409 was directly under the breakfast location. From 6.30 is was very noisy due to the sound of people constantly moving chairs around. The room was big and comfortable but could do with a bit of a refurbishment as is quite old and tired looking. The same applies to the pool area,some broken drainage and the bar by the pool was very old floor and not really appealing. This seems to be the case with many hotels of this price range in Vientiane.

The room was huge , the bathroom too, the bed..huge! Generally the hotel seems like it was built for party officials coming to the capital for conventions back in the 70's or 80's with the luxurious baroque-ish style of that era. Back then it must have been something! Breakfast was very rich and served in a majestic room with majestic tables and chairs and a view. The eggs and noodle station was a very nice touch and the breakfast staff were nice! Location is quite central right at the corner of the black stupa

When I got there I hadn't even gone to to the room the receptionist tried to sell me train tickets to my next destination for a price a later learned was x3 the price you get from the app or even at the station. When I returned for instructions to the night Market the other receptionist marked a zig zag of 4 streets on the map however her instructions were less than half the way to the market. Also a huge chunk of hair was in the bathtub when I first entered the room but they cleaned it after I told them .

The breakfast was good value and plentiful . The room was a good size and had everything that I needed. It was great to have a swimming pool. The staff helped me arrange a transfer to the airport

If I had had young children, I would have been worried about the lack of safety bars in front of windows - it seemed that it would be possible to fall out.

Welcoming staff provided a welcome drink. Room was fantastic and provided a welcome haven. Breakfast was delightful. Good value for money, great place to stay in Vientiane.

The pool was nice but I felt the water could be cleaner. The hotel can get busy with buses of tourists arriving.

Helpful staff organising border crossing breakfast good I like a good bathroom which was better than the photos on line which is unusual

I have no complaints about anything people sometimes carry on about the smallest things

Good atmosphere.Very kind and friendly staff personnel.Prices very reasonable for the hotel. Breakfast included in the price. I’m very recommended for other people who want to have a good and pleasant stay.

The location is good, approx a 15 minute walk to the river and night market. The bed was one of the most comfortable I have slept on in months of travelling and the breakfast had a good selection.

My room was comfy with a big bathroom, breakfast was good. I enjoyed swimming in the pool.

The air con in my room was difficult to use but not a major problem

A great location with very helpful friendly staff. The buffet breakfast was great. The rooms and bathroom was very roomy with a king-size bed.
