Still waiting for the hundred dollar deposit return.

Being told that there is a hundred dollar deposit when we got to check in. It's Ben a moth and we still don't have a return, by the way that's two hundred dollars because we stayed again on March 22. Another hundred dollars.

Location of room, clean room, plus adequate amenities in room. Breakfast was decent with good variety but juice machine was not working. Internet did not work well for me. Entrance to rooms not near the main entrance was inconvenient because the exit doors were one way out only! Could not get back in even with room key card as there was not a card reader at those exits.

Receptionist was very helpful and extremely nice. Housekeeping staff were also very nice. Kitchen staff the sane. We have to stick to a strict budget and we were more than impressed with the cost of our stay and how very nice the facilities were. This hotel had a very nice indoor swimming pool also. We would love to stay here again when we come to Colorado Springs to visit family.

I really can’t think of anything that would have made it better - we wish we could have stayed longer.

Anna was the clerk that checked us in. She filled the hotel with laughter. She had a winning personality. Even though we had just met her , my wife and I felt like she was an old friend. The hotel was clean, and the rest of the Stagg were nice as well. The only thing that I didn't care for was the location, not to close to anything. . I'd visit it again as long as Anna stays around.

The hotel was nice and clean and breakfast was pretty good. Housekeepers were very nice.

I paid the property before we got there for the room and then they charged me again and the morning woman claimed it was on my bank and this happened to people before. Seemed like it could get argumentative. My bank said it was on them for charging me twice.

The breakfast was very good, that's what I like of the quality inn, they always haVe a good breakfast!

The TV I tried to change channel, I was tired when I arrived TV or no TV I went to bed. Lady from office took care of TV issue in the morning before breakfast time.. The telephone in room had no dial tone to call office to tell them of phone issue or TV issue.

The hot breakfast was a nice touch with the 2 waffle makers, bacon and sausage. The room was large enough and comfortable except for the noisy AC unit which we got to swap rooms after the second night for a quieter one. The pool and hot tub were also nice and open til 11pm!

Noisy AC first 2 nights. Never stopped running. Room 113. Hot breakfast had eggs but they were “premade” from ?? Pool chlorine was so strong it prevented us from swimming. Just wiping my eyes caused them to burn. Other guests had the same experience. The front desk didn’t seem to know or be able to help but this was over the July 4th holiday.

Everything in the hotel was clean and staff was friendly

I didn’t like the property environment so well, was expecting the pool to be located outside because the room it’s in smells too much of chlorine and hot in there , and outside the facility seemed to have some sort of hanging out of people smoking pot

Beds were very comfortable and plenty of pillows. Breakfast was great. Every day was new items which was nice since we stayed multiple days. The view was beautiful. It was nice having fresh cold water and coffee in the lobby available all day. My kids loved having the food items to buy in the evenings from the lobby.

The pool water was a bit cold for us.

Look of hotel front- perhaps needs painting and landscaping. I almost cancelled my reservation, but took time to look inside and at a room. So, I'm glad I stayed there
