Great hotel in a great location right by the quay, but away from the busy part. Excellent staff led by Victor who was really helpful and amazingly for a French person, speaks quite a lot of Irish! Thanks Victor for a great few days in your lovely Hotel. Breakfast was perfect also.

Excellent location straight out onto the harbour. Swimming pool a bonus ,staff really helpful the room as modern & spacious. The public rooms peaceful and relaxing.Private pre booked parking a bonus.

There was quite a bit of noise from the restaurant above the room in the morning and the landing for the inter island ferry was right outside the window a nuisance but not really a great problem.

Staff were exceptional, we were staying the the hotel next door (owned by them) Hôtel Le Galion and booked Villa de L'Eclusier because it had the pool, our mistake as booking.com doesn't show they actually share the pool, so we'd paid extra for Villa de L'Eclusier which isn't as cheap, but then realised we'd check-out at 11am and would be "homeless" until 3/4pm check-in time, thankfully the staff twisted the rules and allowed us early access since we'd been already with them the night before. A real boutique feel, only a handful of rooms from what I saw, an amazing lounge with port views and a kitchen area where staff would make you breakfast.

No air-con, not really a complaint since it's listed as such before we booked, but with 36c outside the rooms were a bit uncomfortable at night and I'd not book again because of this, and I think for it's price they should at least have beside fans, or a ceiling fan. We brought along our own mini-fans in the car which helped. A bit of a shortage of sun loungers around the pool on busy times.

Convenient, clean

Our room in the villa, being located on the ground floor, was, not surprisingly, very loud. We still thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

I made the booking less than 24 hours prior to check-in and what a beautiful location, the hotel, service and facilities are outstanding. It has a real boutique feel, and should be rated much higher than a 3 star. I have recommended to both family residing in France and friends in the UK, upon arrival Marie (Front Desk) could not have been more welcoming and accommodating, absolutely wonderful stay, I cant wait to return for an extended period.
