The staff were really friendly and helpful. The beach restaurant was nice. And the location on the beach was great.

The aircon in my room was noisy and dripped water constantly onto the floor. Felt like trying to sleep in a room where it was raining inside the room. I also tried to go to the Indian restaurant only to find it closed, at 8pm Saturday night and found myself having to have room service instead as the buffet restaurant was the only other option.

The room was spacious and clean. Modern bathroom with hot water. Great view and lovely balcony. The hotel is directly on the beach with easy access and pool directly accessible and not congested. The breakfast and dinner was diverse and the chefs serving the food were very pleasant and friendly. Majority of the staff were cordial and friendly. Special thanks to Jacinta at reception and the towel handler/lifeguard who were very kind. Overall the stay was pleasant and facilities surprisingly great.

The predetermined seating arrangement in the restaurant is quite inconvenient as one may wish to eat earlier inorder to sit under a fan or with a view. Consider free seating/first come first serve basis. The table was not cleared during my entire dinner and breakfast which made it hard to eat on a full table. But some staff are quite cold and unfriendly. esp at the reception and some waiters at dinner. A little friendliness goes a long way. Unfortunately the music from the pool bar/beach bar was loudly audible from the pool facing/garden facing rooms all afternoon well into the night. Making it difficult to have peace and quiet. Wish I was given a warning about this beforehand as should be the norm.

I stayed at Travellers Beach Hotel with my family of four for a week and we had a wonderful time. The hotel is located on the beautiful Bamburi Beach, with stunning views of the Indian Ocean. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and well-equipped, and some have a four poster bed that adds a touch of romance. The staff were friendly, helpful, and attentive, and they made us feel very welcome. The hotel has four restaurants that offer a variety of cuisines, from local to international. We especially enjoyed the seafood at SuliSuli and the Indian food at Sher-e-Punjab. The breakfast buffet was also delicious and had a lot of options to choose from. The hotel also has two bars that serve drinks and snacks, and we loved relaxing at the beachside Pwani Kofi with live music in the evening. The hotel has a large lagoon-style outdoor pool that is perfect for cooling off and having fun.

One of the pools on the hotel side was undergoing maintenance so we had to go to the Travellers Beach Club side which is about 7 - 10 mins walk… not too bad but quite long when you just need to grab something quick from the room

Bar stools in the beach bar. Uncomfortable. Never been upgraded since I first went there in 2013. Beach bar still beautiful though.

At the point of arrival at Travellers Beach Hotel at Nyali, I can honestly state the service, the location, the amenities were perfect for us as a family of 4. The food was excellent, Nothing was a problem to the staff. I can totally recommend this resort without hesitation. It was a most relaxing holiday. Well done to Travellers Beach Hotel and all staff.

There was nothing we did not like.

Good food, great location and service/facilities.

Gym facility could do with equipment refurbishing and perhaps a bit more emphasis paid on entertainment. The bathroom taps in room 323 were not working satisfatorily.

The room was nicely laid out with a large bed and decent en suite. The balcony was a nice size with a view of the sea. Food was varied every night and the waiter that attended our table (Bushman) was very friendly and attentive. The hotel staff were very helpful and nothing was too much for them

Unfortunately, whilst we had a view of the sea, it is a public beach and locals stand right at the hotel exit on to the beach waiting for tourists. You are then hassled during your entire time on the beach about excursions or them just wanting to show you something in return for money tips. This ruined our entire week as we felt we couldn't go onto the beach. They could see right up at our balcony which gave us no privacy. The Internet stopped working for two days and the TV reception failed during the last two days.

I absolutely loved the staff and their promptness to make my stay better and exciting.

The turn over time it took them to clean my room in the morning. I noticed my room would be cleaned after 12pm.

My wife treated me to 3 nights stay, the hotel was perfect, nothing was to much for the staff attend to our needs. Waiter Bushman was exceptional in his role to prepare dinner function for my birthday. I sincerely praise the General Manager Siele, and I hope Waiter Bushman is given a suitable award for his efforts above his status. Well done
