Very nice! The room for four people was quite spacious compared to other hotels in Japan. There are shuttles to Maihama Station every 15 minutes, making it easy to get to Disneyland. From the station, it’s just another 5 to 10-minute walk. This hotel is especially recommended for those looking for a more affordable way to visit Disneyland. An extra highlight is the spa, which offers several onsen, hot tubs with different temperatures, and even a sauna. After a day at Disneyland, relaxing here is truly the best way to unwind. There is also a convenience store right next to the reception, so if you arrive late, you can easily buy something to eat. I would 100% recommend this hotel!

The spa was the highlight and was open past midnight which was great with our late arrival. The little store in the lobby was appreciated since there were no nearby stores to buy a snack. We used the restaurant as well, and that was very helpful since there were no restaurants quick to walk to nearby. The bus at the hotel going to the train station was convenient and free. Thank you for that. The robes to wear around in the hotel were very comfortable. I would have bought a set if it were offered in the little store as a souvenir.

A small gym/weight room would have been nice with free weights and a few machines. A swimming pool would make the hotel epic. We walked to the hotel from the train station. It felt a bit farther than desired because of our luggage. Not sure if there was a shuttle from the airport to the hotel, but because we didn't speak Japanese, we didn't bother to ask around. Maybe there's information about that on the website, but I didn't catch that if there is. That's our fault for not researching because there is a bus from the hotel to the station, so one would imagine the bus being offered going in the reverse direction.

The hotel's location was perfect, with a shuttle to the train station for easy access to Disneyland. The spa and onsen were a pleasant surprise after a long day at the park. The lobby store offered a quick breakfast, and the egg sandwiches were delicious. A traveler's tip: we took a Limousine bus from Narita Airport to the train station and hopped on the hotel shuttle.

We stayed in a room with five beds. It was a bit cramped, but the family was happy because we spent most of our days at Disneyland or the spa/onsen.

Fantastic location at walking distance to DisneySea and with regular free shuttle busses going to the Maihama JR station (15-20 min interval). The public baths (free to use with your hotel stay, long opening hours and no need to book in advance) are fantastic with at least 3 indoor and 3 gorgeous outdoor baths and 2 saunas with cold dunking bath. Good buffet breakfast with decent selection and handy to have guests select a time slot so it never feels too crowded. Our room was huge!

The beds were rock solid. We had a twin room because that was the only selection available to us, but would have preferred a double. Not exactly an issue, but the only hotel that charged us upon check Out instead of upon Check in, which caused some confusion. Hotel shuttles get crowded in the morning so prepare to line up.

Our room was wonderful and spacious. The bus service to and from the shopping centre was a godsend. Raymond who is a manger is the best person the hotel has to promote he spoke to us as normal tourists unlike the other staff. The restaurant was great but we didn't understand that you couldn't wear your shoes so had to go bare foot which is just weird

staff not trying to understand english and just staring at us blankly. A book in english should be given to tourists outlining all things to do with the hotel

Great value for money. Access to spa. Loved restaurant (dinner, did not try breakfast) and wasn’t too pricey. Big room.

If visiting Disney (why else would you be in this part of Tokyo?) it’s a cost effective option compared to the brand hotels. But it’s a ¥11,000 taxi to Disneysea and ¥300 monorail extra to Disneyland (still works out cheaper and I would stay here over exorbitantly priced Disneyland hotel)

Clean and close to disneyland and maihama station and excellent bus service.

Friendly staff willing to go the extra length in calling me when they found my phone which i had lost in the restaurant during breakfast. All those who helped thank you ! You made my day !

Everything! Especially the onsen. It is free to use, and honestly really good. There are many indoor ones, and a couple of outdoor ones on a balcony area. The outdoor ones were particularly good since they had the mineral floating things in the water. Can go use them anytime easily! Just shower well and sit and relax in the hot water. Our room was huge. Lots of space for bags and clothes. Had all necessary items included and also teabags etc. Bathtub in the room too! Best part was also the free shuttle bus to and from Maihama station. Were able to arrive at disneyland by about 8.30 am (which was already insanely crowded, so recommend going even earlier if you can haha). Friendly staff who can speak English and there's a small convenience store located in the lobby too.

The baths are gender separated- would be nice to have one mixed bathing area or a private one for couples, but it was still really nice.

Breakfast was a bit pricey, but there was a lot of choice. It is a bit out of the way for anything else other than Disney, unless you’re staying just for the spa.

Love the onsen that this hotel provided. Morning breakfast also provides like homemade tofu and sashimi which i really enjoy.

Probably they can provide a regular shuttle bus to the Maihama station, disneyland or disneysea
