We had to leave our house a day early for the renovation so we had to book a room on short notice and then move to another room The next day.The first room was awesome. Large ,well stocked. Clean, they also helped my son move to the second room while I was at work.

The second room smelled like smoke and was definitely given to us cause we were traveling with pets. We had to ask for plates and bowls and cooking utensils cause the room didn't have any. At first I was afraid to ask for them since most hotels are rude about it but a gentleman who has been stay at this hotel for work for many years said that they are very accommodating with stuff like that .. But I do recommend if you are not traveling with pets.

The staff is great. Very friendly and helpful. Beds are super comfortable. So, my wife forgot her hair dryer (it was a Dyson $$$$). We called when we got home, which is about 1 hour away, and they had it at the front desk. They held on to it until we could get there a week later. Usually when stuff like this happens the items are gone. Definitely recommend this place. Close to everything and not in the middle of town.

Staff… I went to check out and was rudely informed that they would charge me for 2 rooms because I was seen in this other room and I said what?? How could I do that am I a magician and she said I know you were there and you are a liar. You also answered the phone in that room when I called it …you are a liar” I told her I was not in there and she needs to stop yelling at me , she said now you are being ridiculo bc lol u

I like the location. I like that I can do laundry for free use of machines, amazing. All staff were accommodating towards me.

I originally asked for two days. They only gave me one night. The next day I went on the sight and was able to book the same room.again. I didn't understand that but was happy to get the extra night.

A REAL SURPRISE, A KITCHENETTE. BED A LITTLE SOFT, BUT COMFORTABLE. LARGE BATHROOM, LARGE CLEAR TV. NAME BRAND SHAMPOO AND BATH CREAM. PLENTY OF BATHROOM TOILETRIES. HOTEL A LITTLE OLD WAS UPDATE THOUGH, VERY NICE RUG DECOR, ELEVATOR, NO BREAKFAST, BUT TWO EATERIES NEAR BY. NOT PRICEY, BUT COMFORTABLE SETTING. A VERY COMFORTABLE STAY. STAFF WAS WONDERFUL. CLOSE AND DIRECT TRAVEL TO CONCERT VENUE'S FOR BERKJAZZFEAST. WILL DEFINITELY STAY AGAIN IN 2024!

NOTHING REALLY NEGATIVE REPORT. WARM STAFF, COMFORTABLE STAY, EATERIES NEAR BY. COULDN'T WANT FOR MORE.

The rooms were very big and well furnished. This had a fully stocked kitchen as many hotels called them Suites, but they do not have a stocked kitchen.

They did not have a complimentary breakfast but had frozen food choices for sale that could be prepared in your room.

Even though my stay was short, after going to an event at Santander the room I had was extremely clean.

Despite not being from the area I wish I did more research, so it’s on me. I thought it was an easy walk to the arena and had no idea about the main route in the way.

Area was close to Berks Jazz Fest events. The layout if room was comfortable. .

The TV in the living room is dying since a section on the screen was Faded/Cloudy. Poor air circulation especially with no ceiling fan in the bedroom thus the temperature was uncomfortable.

The property was nice, clean & convenient, easy to find. There was no interruptions within the hotel.

The proximity to the street & main road was good but the noise of loud vehicles was a bit noisy & disrupting for me. I wondered does everyone in Reading own a loud, noisy vehicle??? I guess it’s where my room was that made it so noisy for me.

The only thing that I wasn't happy with was we asked for a non smoking room which the room was fine but I sat on the recliner and immediately smelled cigarette smoke. I didn't have a great night's sleep the prior night due to back issues so I was planning on sleeping on the recliner and I couldn't stay there because of the smell.
