The rooms are very nice and clean. The staff (in particular, Anastasia) was very nice and friendly.

The hotel does not really have a bar (the menu is not very big and our orders were forgotten the first time -- but Anastasia helped us with that).

Better glassware in the rooms, decor a little old world to attract young people, could use a hipper tech set up. Lobby could be more hip and a place with groovy furniture and music

The stay at the beginning of January was a perfect success. It started with the friendly and very helpful check-in. The hotel is simply top in all respects – from the spa, to the rooms, and the restaurants. The whole staff is very friendly and helpful. I can only recommend it – A real gem in Klosters. Will definitely come back
