Clean hotel, very welcoming staff and easy check in, beautiful suite on the 25th floor with amazing views! Room was cleaned daily whilst we were out, room service was really good especially the breakfast! Nothing was too much, easy pleasant stay. Complimentary bottled water daily was a a nice touch Easy to get to the F1 circuit by uber or free shuttle bus at the hotel down the road

Buffet breakfast, limited variety especially on the 2nd morning of our stay. They seem to have under prepared the amount of food vs people. A toaster would have been great in the restaurant as you have to ask for the bread to be toasted. They do make omelettes from order but only because we overheard them offering this to someone else did we know about it

The Junior Suite was very spacious, comfortable and very well equipped for a long stay. There are plenty of option for food and shopping in the area at a walking distance. The hotel location is convenient to commute quickly to the major city attractions. Staff was very friendly.

The swimming pool was cloudy and the jacuzzi was cold. The breakfast buffet was lacking options and most of the dishes were empty or in insufficient quantities to accommodate all guests. Although the room was nice and clean, there was some stains on the sofa and pillows in the living room.

The room is spacious, clean and the furniture seems new. It was very comfortable to stay in and it felt homey. It gives a serviced apartment vibe cause it's very big and I like that. Definitely me and my friends are going back to this hotel!

I needed a plug, but they don't provide one and you have to buy it from them which didn't feel like hotels, for the money value you would at least expect a plug? Also I ordered continental breakfast and it was very poor quality and presentation. The view was amazing but the glass wasn't clean enough for me to see the view, it was very dusty. I understand how hard it must be to clean it as I was on the 24th floor but still it would look nicer if it was clean, I had to open the window and extend my arm outside to take a view picture.

I have been charged high from booking.com on my stay of 13th july whereas on invoice that had to be refunded as advance from the invoice I received from hotel, this was apart from my 30 BD additional advance which I had paid at the property while checking in No response on my request made by booking app, hope the team responds quicker.
