Everything was excellent, but the breakfast was a little weird, because it's a Lebanese kitchen, they don't have bacon or pork ham, very small options of meat, I think it is very rude to the customers from European countries. Also, they have to put in their description that the restaurant is only Lebanese. Not everyone likes that food.

The doors of the shower cabin didn't fit at all, so when you take a shower, the whole bathroom is flooded. There is no a single hook for the towels in the bathroom, so we had to put them on heater. And as I have previously mentioned, their restaurant is Lebanese, it could be a nice change for one day, but if you have to deal with it for two or more days, it's disaster. Also the music on the terrace is oriental, not everyone likes it.

Hello fellow travelers! Me and my wife went to the hotel after we drove from Budapest to Bukarest, which is around 10 hours, but because of traffic it became 14 instead. We arrived and the parking was full, no problem tho cause if you go right behind the street you could park there for free. We came in and a guy was sitting behind the desk and even though we came at 11pm, he was very friendly. We checked in and the first thing we noticed while coming in the room was how big it actually was. The rooms are massive. More than enough for a couple. Slept and got up just in time for breakfast, which is from 7 to 10 I believe. We got up at 9:40 and ran downstairs only to find people still chilling and eating there. The food was still warm and tasty, it was your average hotel breakfast. To sum it up: Hotel staff was very friendly I don't know about the other reviews, but the breakfast was good It had something for everyone and was tasty as well Room was clean, and big If you're just looking for a 1 or 2 day stay this place is perfect Also they have a fridge

Very big room, nice balcony which gives good light. Bed was soft but comfortable, and shower was good. Fridge in the room as well, which is always a nice feature. The staff were really helpful and friendly when we arrived, one of the guys even walked with me to my car and helped carry the suitcases back for us. We stayed here just for a night before catching our flight home, and it's a reasonable option for the airport, about a 15-minute drive with a petrol station right next door if you need to refuel your hire car

Room was large but a little sparsely appointed, there was only one chair to sit on and not many plug sockets. A hotel this size probably needs a second lift as well. Not major criticisms, just things we noticed.

The room was big and you had all you needed there. The staff was very nice and helpful, they gave us our room earlier than the check-in hour, which was amazing. The hotel is a bit far from the city center, but there is a bus stop right in the from of the hotel, the buses come really often, so it’s easy to reach the center.

The breakfast is okish, but the products could have a better quality. It’s a 4-star hotel, so I’m expecting to receive something better than the cheapest cheese, ham or juice. Also, the variety could be better: there was only a faded ham, cut in gigantic pieces, and also cheese cut in very big pieces, no salami, no other possibilites for a sandwich. The vegetables were dried and not appealing.

Location close to Romexpo, this was the main reason I chose this hotel. I was surprised by the staff, they were exceptional and very helpful. Although we were upgraded to a better room in the new building (this room was WOW - luxurious) we asked for a room with a balcony. The receptionist was very kind, and switched us to a balcony room in the old building. They were very flexible, kind and understanding. The room was very clean, had air conditioning and met our needs. Truly impressed by this hotel. We will return for sure. Thank you Hotel Sir Royal for having us!

Not the case, everything was great.

The staff is polite, ready to help, and proactive. Breakfasts are great, a wide variety of dishes, enough meat items, quite good. The hotel has a sauna, a jacuzzi and a gym (a gym, a bit weak, but at least it's there).

In general, everything is fine, there were no problems. However, in the bathroom, on the floor, there are spots, like dirt, but in fact it has already eaten into the paint (that is, the problem is purely aesthetic). There are some minor problems with the lift, because the touch panel and the buttons do not always work. Also, it is advisable to bring the gym back to normal, to maintain it (at least lubricate the exercise equipment). But all these points are not critical. The hotel is worth the money.

The staff at the reception was superb. Fantastic. When I arrived I found myself with a small room and two small separate beds. I asked at the reception to have a larger room with a large double bed. (the one I always choose). They assigned me the room on the first floor as per my request. They were very good. For those who travel a lot for work, comfort is essential.

A very pleasant experience of staying at the hotel. It is spacious, well lit, and smells nice. The room is large, equipped with everything necessary for a stay (a wide variety of toiletries, serviceable plumbing, hot water without interruption, slippers, bathrobes, kettle and coffee machine). Very clean and warm. It's a bit far from the center, but this is compensated by public transport, which stops right outside the hotel and runs every few minutes. The staff is very friendly and helpful, all our small problems have been solved. Very good breakfasts, a large selection, everything is fresh and delicious.

The room was clean, big and spacious, it looked more or less new. There was very good water pressure in the room, so taking a shower was a breeze. There was everything in the room, that you would need, from tea and coffee maker, to hygiene products.

The air-conditioning in one of the two rooms I booked didn't work, only hot air was coming out, no matter the settings. When you opened the window in the room, the noise from the passing cars on the street could be heard quite loudly.

I really enjoyed my stay here. This hotel has everything for a business trip. Free Wi-Fi, a comfortable desk for working with a laptop in the room, good lighting, a coffee machine in the room and an electric kettle with tea bags. The materials provided sufficient sound insulation. At the same time, you can fully concentrate on business, because the hotel took care of everything - bath accessories were in the closet, in the bathroom all the necessary cosmetics and hygiene items. Varied breakfast. Daily cleaning and pleasant hotel staff, always ready to help.
