Clean, location, very close to two lovely beaches, although the buffet was chaotic it was good quality, staff were excellent. Really enjoyed the infinity pool and views.

On booking.com it says there is Tennis and crazy golf and there is neither. Glass door to the bathroom, what idiot thinks this is a good idea, might as well not be there. Only All inclusive beer is San Miguel (which is very average) and the all inclusive wine is very poor. Sparkling wine is fine. Cocktails very average.

This hotel is a fantastic choice for families with children. We enjoyed an excellent staycation, with plenty to keep everyone happy. The food variety was impressive, with a new selection every single day. Its location is unbeatable—just a short walk from two stunning, crystal-clear beaches.

The only downside of our stay was the food for babies, as the choices were very limited. We also received incorrect information about another restaurant when we booked it. I went to the reception to confirm if the restaurant we reserved served baby food, and the staff assured me it did. However, when we arrived and were ready to order, the waitress told us they didn’t have any baby food. This left me having to leave my husband and son at the table while I went to another restaurant to feed my baby and myself. I was very disappointed. For a hotel that welcomes so many families with children, I believe there should be more flexibility with baby food options.

The facilitates were very nice. Pools were good for different activities (slides, small, big). Breakfast was good, usual for a buffet. Dinner was nice with different specials daily. Staff were very friendly (dining, reception, events). Location to the beach was great, and the shuttle service (driver) was very nice and friendly.

The reservation of the pool chairs - took me a few days to realize how early one had to go. Bathrooms had a bad smell, due to some drainage issue. There could have been some pots in the kitchenette to heat up food, though there was a microwave.

the general atmosphere is great and fun for kids. rooms were pleasant and its a 10-min walk to cala romantica. entertainment on an evening was fun.

we came with our 15-month old daughter and pram. we were constantly having to pick up the pram and carry up and down stairs. there needs to be more ramps. i dont know how a person in a wheelchair could fully enjoy the resort. i also think you need to do a better map and with more signage around the place. its such a massive resort and people dont want to waste time getting lost or having to ask directions every time they want to go to a different part of the resort.

The resort is beautiful, in a quiet location on the east side of Mallorca. The buffet for breakfast and lunch had some great options, but as with most buffets some items are better than others. The room was beautiful, overlooking the ocean and very clean. For the price, this was an exceptional experience.

As mentioned above, not everything in the buffet was as good, but can certainly find some yummy choices. The resort during our stay was primarily filled with young families, which certainly is not a bad thing, but for couples maybe not the most romantic choice.

The food was good, pool opening times are a joke... Disappointing... And in the room no sandals and empty fridge,.. Never saw that.. That's not 4 Star like.

We recently stayed at this hotel as a family with our 4-year-old son, and it was a wonderful experience. The highlight of our stay was, without a doubt, the mind-blowing seaview from our room—absolutely breathtaking. The hotel has a great aquapark that our son thoroughly enjoyed. If you’re traveling with younger children (around 4-5 years old), there’s no real need to go to the bigger aquaparks in the area, as this one has everything you’d want for small kids, and it’s very convenient. One of the biggest advantages of the location is the excellent beaches within walking distance. We loved how easy it was to spend a day by the sea. The hotel food was also very good, with plenty of variety, but we highly recommend trying the restaurant on the beach. We had an amazing paella there paired with sangria—it’s not to be missed! For attractions, the nearby Drach Caves are worth a visit. However, for anything else, like aquariums, bigger aquaparks, the dolphin show, or exploring Palma de Mallorca or Alcudia, you’ll need to drive about an hour.

One drawback we found was the lack of clear information on the entertainment options. It wasn’t easy to figure out what activities were available and when. For example, we later discovered there was a football and volleyball field, and that we could rent balls, rackets, etc., but it wasn’t well communicated.

Beautiful location, few minutes walk from two gorgeous beaches. White sand, starts shallow, but then you can swim in 4-5m deep water, and you can also jump from the rocks. Professional service, good pools, nice bars, the food was better than what we expected from such a big resort.

Nothing really, everything was okay. Only the quality of the beer in the all inclusive package should have been better, I rather went to the beach and bought a good draft beer there.

We booked our airport transfers through the hotel but the transport was not waiting for us at the airport on arrival. The transfer company at the airport had to arrange a taxi instead. Then on the way home, the transfer driver was on time but very rude and didn't have the baby car seat fitted as requested. So avoid arranging transfers through the hotel. The site is very hilly and many of the ramps are difficult to navigate with a pram / buggy. The ramps would be far too steep for wheelchair users. The outdoor play areas were a little rundown.

The breakfast and lunch are amazing, we found it interesting that a Spanich hotel has an Italian kitchen but it was excellent. The gardens in the area of the hotel are fantastic and clean. We did use the spa aswell it was a good deal. Language is never an issue. Someone is always around to give a hand. A few members of the stuff are the highlight of the hotel. Most of the stuff from the reception spa and the bar are fantastic.

In both our rooms where ants ( 1 floor both times). Cleaning is OK, but not spotless. Rubbish under the bad, hair in the shower. The hospitality skill of the stuff ranges from excellent to poor. The safe in the room has to be paid (5 euro/day)
