The new owners were very polite and helpful. They went through and explained everything that was happening with renovations and fixing up since they recently took over. Even though it was just them they're doing a very good job at everything. This is our third time staying there and we are very pleased with it.

The pool needs work but that's okay since they are in process of getting everything back together and running smoothly.

Breakfast was hot and fresh. I love the Texas-shaped waffles. Alex, the overnight clerk, was incredibly friendly and helpful. He gave me all the right information and switched my room to one that hadn't just had the carpets cleaned to make sure it wasn't wet or musty. He recommended a good parking spot for my room and assured me he would be monitoring the parking lot at night. Best thing: He remembered my name the next morning and said good morning by name, which is a lovely touch.

Liked everything. The carpets need to be replaced.

Easy access to I10. Lots of food options nearby. Super friendly and helpful front desk staff. Really good value - decent room for really cheap. Nice view from my 4th floor room.

No fridge or microwave - it probably was advertised this way, but I wouldn't even think to confirm something like that because every room I've ever been in has had both. I'll be sure to look more closely next time. Front door sensor was malfunctioning, so I was told to pry the doors open manually to exit the building. Breakfast - I do appreciate having hot breakfast options, however the waffles were the only thing I could enjoy. Unfortunately, the rest of my plate was wasted.

Wonderful staff. The facility has easy access to the I-10 interstate.

The facility is being allowed to deteriorate. Carpets are worn and shabby. We were in room 222 where the carpet was badly stained, also with animal damage at the entrance. The staff appear to be doing their best with the resources available to them. Overall, it seems money isn't being reinvested to maintain the basic structure.

I liked the staff, they are kind. The room was ok. We bought cleaning supplies to clean it to help the staff since we stood 3 nights. The only thing I would recommend is to change the bedsheets daily if the guest are not staying more than one night. But overall I would say that the staff is amazing!!!

I liked the price and location.

What I didn't appreciate at all was the two gentleman that were in the night shift.when we just got there they ask you if you want your room to be cleaned the next day just to let them well we did the first night he was perfectly fine and even very polite.the next day we got back to the room and it was not clean so my husband went to ask the 2 gentlemen why and they were not in the mood to answer and their response was (so are you going to die because it's not clean) so my husband let them know he was asking why he was not even mad so he just asked for towels.they took there time and when one of them gave him the towels he gave them with a laugh like making fun of him .that was not ok for them to respond in that manner when it was just a question

Easy access to high way from hotel. Bed was comfortable. The girl at the front desk was nice and very helpful

The first room was dirty and we had to be moved to a different room. It was a bit loud due to other people being loud.

I was very pleasantly surprised at the cleanliness of my room!!! This location IS BY FAR THE CLEANEST I HAVE EVER STAYED IN!!! The only thing was the AC did not work in my room but the gentleman at the front immediately came up to my room and attempted to get it working. He offered me to move rooms if it didn’t start cooling down but I was only staying the one night so I didn’t want to trouble them dirtying another room. But I was definitely very pleased and will forever stay at this location every time I am in El Paso!!! Thank you and keep up the phenomenal work at this location on Mesa Dr and I-10!!!

Front desk lady who checked us in was extremely polite and was able to address our issues very quick.... Beds were comfortable

Wasnt able to tell staff apart from guests... no one was at the desk, breakfast kept running out... rooms need to be updated.

It was an OK stay, they let us bring a small dog and the beds were pretty comfortable. All the staff were really friendly, specially the staff at breakfast time.

The hotel is kinda old so it would be nice to have renovation, our room had a lot of stains in the carpet.
