I had a great time at the casino; that evening, there was a live band. We dined at Ruthie’s, and the food was delicious. My kids enjoyed the pool while the adults relaxed in the hot tub. The hotel is new, with modern rooms, and I plan on trying the spa next time.

I stayed with extended family, and the kids ranged in age from 7 to 18. Unfortunately, there was no room service or restaurant available after 9 PM to order snacks or pizza for the kids. Having that option would have made the evening more enjoyable instead of having to rely on DoorDash. The casino was fun, But we knew nobody was going to win anything. Slots were set up to take your money.

Casino games are very tight. We are full time gamblers. We expect to lose but not at 100mph.We wont be back neither will the other 3 couples that met us there to hangout. Some were on their 2nd visit. Its not fun when nothing pays off at all. Ya gotta through a bone once in awhile to keep us interested that we could win . Lits of Facebook friends saying same thing. 😞

I love that it was all together, the casino, hotel, restaurant and a some what of a gift shop. The rooms are nice and large, and the beds are TRUE QUEENS!!

I didn't like that the hotel/casino is NOT close to ANYTHING ELSE AT ALL. Also, on my way down to the elevator I heard cleaning staff discussing room checkouts, and heard them say, and I quote!= " this rooms shower LOOKS like it WAS NOT USED, WE DON'T HAVE TO CLEAN IT" 😵‍💫 at that very moment it changed everything about that stay!

I really like the items available in the quick cafe next to front desk. Ruthie’s steak and seafood is excellent and service top notch. The front desk staff has always been very courteous and professional. Parking lot is very well lit and feel safe by myself walking to and from hotel. University town nearby (Carbondale).

Shower pressure is horrible, need to dance around a lot to get wet.

This is a newer facility. Our room was large and clean. The staff was competent and friendly. The food in the sports bar was good and reasonably priced.

We were disappointed that there was no coffee in the morning. Also, to get to the sports bar, you must go through the gambling area. The facility is about 20 mins. by car from the SIU campus; much farther than some other hotels in the area.

Beautiful hotel. Casino was good, but didn’t see anyone winning, including me! Lol!! Little disappointed in no available free coffee with real creamers for hotel guests. Didn’t want to use the keurig in the room due to spouse sleeping. Why us security so heavy at the casino? We visit many casinos and this is the only place i have seen this. Beautiful room, would return if got comped!! Would love to try the steakhouse too sometime.

Friendly staff, excellent Spa services and restaurants on site, friendly and helpful casino staff, cleanest and nicest rooms in the area hands down. 10 out of 10 will be back for sure!

Wow I honestly don’t know where to start, let me start by saying that this place is wonderful. I will definitely be recommending Walkers Bluff to all of my friends & family.

There’s nothing to not like about this place

The facility was very nice and clean

There was no rails in the hallway for handicapped. No incentive like free breakfast nor first time customer welcomed like free reward play when u sign up.

The location was a pleasant drive through rural rustic towns very enjoyable.

My wife and I wanted to buy t shirts but they didn't have any with the logo saying Walkers Bluff Resort Casino on the back, I saw another person wearing that shirt but was unable to ask him where he purchased the shirt Non
