Nicely appointed. It had a kitchenette with useful cups, dishes, etc Bed was super comfy and space was nicely thought through. It was warm enough evrn in very cold weather. We did not see any staff but they were quick to ensure the parking lot was plowed and sanded after a bit snowfall. Michael provided an excellent guide to the area with great recomnendations for restaurants and place to explore.

The walls were not soundproof. We had a lot of loud moaning next door while watching TV and even turning up the sound didn't drown that out! It seemed like someone had used the toilet, leaving the seat up and pushing off the sanitized strip away, after the room had been cleaned and sanitized. A bit disconcerting! The sink in tg ed bathroom was very small and the water from the faucet very powerful so tgatvit spilled iutconto the floor if you tried to wash your face. Other than this. Everything was great!

Very clean, modern, simple with nice touches, wine opener and glasses, coffee and a water kettle. If you had a group event, it would be a great place to stay with others.

It's the season, I'm sure, but there was no one here- not contact person, and no clientele. No cars anywhere! As a solo traveler, It felt a little unsafe and Bates Motel-ish. I almost didn't stay. I was happy to have my pit-mix dog with me. By the morning there were a few cars parked outside. Also, all the lights were on in all the rooms, so I felt like it was obvious I was the only one there, because I pulled the blinds and shut the lights.

Michael graciously upgraded us to a one bedroom apartment. It was beautifully designed and very comfortable. There was a full kitchen and spacious bathroom. A smart TV offered a lot of channels. I liked that there was an excellent selection of books relevant to the area, from art books to birding guides. The motel is in a good location for exploring the Catskills and Hudson Valley. Our apartment overlooked a big yard and a pond.

This was probably a clerical error, but the room category we had originally booked, a studio, was smaller than described on Booking.com. It still would have been a good value for the area as it had a kitchenette.

Nice comfy beds, cute, and clean.

Room and bathroom were a little small. There were a lot of decorative items (fake flowers, books, etc.) taking space that would be better served for guests things. There was absolutely no room in the bathroom for a toothbrush or lotions so a shelf and additional hooks would be appreciated. The over the door hook in the bathroom made it impossible to close the door all the way. Remove the large plastic plant by the bed and replace with small table and lamp for guests water, phone, etc.

It was easy to show up late after a long day on the road and get comfortable and rested ahead of what would be another long day of driving. It was nice and quiet. I appreciated having the fridge, microwave and real dishes (cups/bowls/etc). I would stay here again and think it'd be fun to explore the area.

My room initially smelled strongly of something like a perfume or air freshener, but I was able to open the windows and air it out, and then it was fine the rest of my stay.

clean comfortable classy, there was a lot to like about our room and the property. However the shower and the bathroom are beyond small, you could barely set a toothbrush on the sink it was so small. Meanwhile in the room there was an enormous sink in a pantry area.

The location is tricky, it's really in the middle of nowhere, you cross the highway several times to get anywhere

Adorable rooms! So comfy! I’m sure it’s cute from the outside too but I got there late and left early (hiker). I forgot toothpaste and it didn’t end up mattering because they had a little tube, comb, even a shaving set in the bathroom. Will definitely be back to enjoy more time here.

I figured out the heating system, but someone less tech savvy might need instructions or a manual. That’s about it.

Cute, nicely decorated small studio room. Very comfy bed and spotlessly clean. Small kitchenette complete with a microwave and small refrigerator, and a French press coffee maker was a nice added touch. Enjoyed the rustic ambience

Bathroom was very small with a tiny sink and no counter space. Since we were only staying 1 night, we made it work. Would have been nice to have decaf ground coffee for the coffee press

Beautiful room, very nice and quiet. We got a chance to view the stars from our room. 15-minute drive to Walmart and local restaurants. How to access the room was communicated via email before our arrival. They also had welcome and thank you notes along with chocolates for us!

We visited in summer, and there were bugs by the light outside our door, so we had to dash in and out every time. But not a huge issue, the stay is worth it!

It was newly refurbished either new beds and furniture. Vet comfortable. We had a bigger suite with kitchen and sitting area and another room. It worked really well.

No onsite person and we didn’t have a phone to call them. Just data. It was a problem as they gave us a code to a room not cleaned however we got it sorted quickly thanks to Michael.
