Excellent short stay on our bike trip in the area. This definitely feels like more than 2 starts. The rooms are spacious, comfortable and very clean. The building is historic and really beautiful. The breakfast was excellent! Safe storage for the bikes - just what we needed. :) Very kind staff, we felt very welcome! We definitely want to come back to the beautiful village of Poschiavo, and when we do, it will be to Altavilla!

The property was very comfortable, spacious, and clean. It had everything we needed, and the setting was absolutely gorgeous. It was only about 10 minutes from the train station, so we could walk there easily. I would highly recommend Hotel Altavilla.

The staff was very friendly and helpful at check in. The hotel was within walking distance of the train station and the village centre. The room was large and neat. Since we stayed for two nights, we received a guest pass which could be used on public transport: very handy!

The hotel was full of old world charm. Breakfast was very good and plenty to eat. Staff were very helpful and friendly. The views were amazing from our rooms. The all inclusive guest card was a very good idea.

There was nothing that we did not like about the property. However having the downstairs toilets open to guests would be helpful especially those who are of a certain age and not so quick up the stairs.

We were offered a room on a better hotel nearer to the railway station. Really nice breakfast even though the coffee was somewhat rationed.

The room was old and a bit remote near an outdoor stairway. One could hear the other guest coming and leaving.

We stayed in Historic hotel Albrici instead of Altavilla since their hot water heater was not working. The staff greeted us was Mr. Lucio was very friendly and helpful, it was a very traditional building and clean facility Breakfast was awsome
