A beautiful hotel - small and intimate, and with a definite 'boutique' feel. Our (upgraded) room was less than 10 steps from the fantastic swimming pool. Breakfast was simple but lovely, and in the cool morning air, the atmosphere by the river was perfect. Strong and reliable wifi throughout.

Overall, this was an excellent stay. We did have an issue with the air conditioning in our room on the first night - it worked but it was not powerful enough. After a bit of back and forth, we were moved into an alternate room, where the air con indeed worked but the bed was extremely hard, and the room was smaller and not as nice. This left us quite disappointed after the first night. Having said that, when we requested a change on the second morning, we were upgraded into a fantastic room. From then on, the stay was perfect. So the hotel did resolve our issue, but it would have been much better if our issue could have been resolved more quickly, and without us having to spend a less-than-perfect night the first night.

Words can barely describe how much we enjoyed our stay at this property! We were there for our honeymoon and were greeted with beautiful decorations on the bed and treats in the room! The staff was absolutely exceptional from the front desk, to the bell men, to restaurant staff, to housekeeping, to room service! The breakfast was unparalleled. We were greeted by Baitong in a soothing & charming Thai way with tea after our long journey from the US. He made sure we were well taken care of and had everything we needed throughout our stay. We enjoyed the pool every day and the amazing tropical drinks, both alcoholic, and not from the pool bar. Our last day, before we departed, we had a couples massage which we were both blown away by. Throughout the rest of our travels in Thailand, we missed the Na Nirand and often recommended it to other travelers along the way.

This king bed had a wooden panel in the middle. Made it tricky to cuddle. I know this is sometimes a thing while traveling in Asia, but if I had known ahead of time we may have booked a room with a smaller bed. Didn’t want to move from our cozy nest once we settled in.

Lovely rooms and tranquil setting, staff were amazing. Super location and ideal for walking into town or exploring the night markets.

I do think the hotel could offer happy hour for Cocktails, as the Bar was pretty dead. I appreciate the 3 for 2 on beer and wine, but we ended up walking next door to the Anantara for evening Cocktails. The Hotel does seem to have an issue with the music from the Bar opposite across the river which on some evenings is very loud and spoils the atmosphere and ambience at the Restaurant, especially if you want to eat outside. The Hotel was extremely apologetic, and it is something that is out of their control which is unfortunate.

The staff was superb through and through. They were not only helpful and kind and were engaging in all aspects of our needs. As we were there for the Songkran Festivities, they were all the more enjoyable to be around. They helped us prepare for the big water battles in the street with all of the necessary gear. We loved it and loved them all! We also enjoyed the food at the restaurant and the property location as well. It's a great place to stay for any duration of time. Lastly, the spa is truly amazing as it was a 10/10 experience for the 90-minute scrub and oil massage.

The food at breakfast is excellent, the service is pretty great and all in all I loved this place, I just think if I went back I would ask to see which room I've been given prior to unpacking. The extra touches of gifts each night at turn down was especially sweet and I think they truly love pleasing their guests. Always kind and helpful. A+ to the staff for sure.

This hotel is lovely, but the buildings are all built around different times and some rooms are much nicer than others. Mine was lovely, but the bed was awful and I had a very difficult time sleeping due to how hard the mattress(?) was. Also, its way over stuffed with furniture, making it feel more cramped than it needs to be. I got the feeling that as they remodel each room the extra or now not as new furniture get's stored in other places, namely my room A-101.

Excellent location on the river. We were debating staying in the center but we were way happier to be where it was a little quieter when we chose to head home and not be in the middle of all the hubbub. Plus it was only a 10 minute walk from the main gate. The front desk employees recommended 2 absolutely excellent restaurants which happened to both be Michelin starred yet very affordable which were quite local and we greatly enjoyed and a cooking class which was outstanding. Our room was spacious with a nice balcony, very clean, great shower and Everything your could want.

Our room was close to reception. Not sure if it was a guest or hotel staff but every day around 5-5:30 we heard a loud door slam like someone leaving a room. Other than that it was great.

Beautifully designed hotel and amazing staff. Great breakfast which can be taken on the terrace overlooking the river. They upgraded all our rooms and they were really large with a comfortable extra large bed.

The pool is cold and there are not enough sun loungers. Most loungers are partially in the pool which is not ideal. They could easily add more loungers around the pool or on the lawn area behind it. Guests had to pick loungers up and move them out of the pool and put them on the lawn so they could sit in the sun. Sadly there is a very noisy resort directly across the river from the hotel that blasted our loud music Friday Saturday and Sunday evening ruining the one dinner we had there. We dined out the other nights to get away from it. Such a shame.

It is a very romantic hotel alongside the river. The food at the restaurant is wonderful. The staff is great. They even packed us a very large brown bag breakfast and lunch because we had to leave very early one morning for an excursion.

The room was smaller than we anticipated but the interior is very nice. It was nice to be steps from the pool bar, which is very quaint. We had to take a tuk-tuk to get to the main part of town, but staff arranged it for us and we were given a very fair price.

Na Nirand is an exceptional place. The property, staff and location was excellent. We were here in December and it was our first destination in Thailand and it did not disappoint! One woman in particular at the front desk helped us schedule both an elephant excursion as well as a cooking class. She was so very kind and helpful. And the food! We ate at the restaurant 3x and the breakfast buffet was over the top delicious. The pool was also really nice and relaxing.

The only thing I can think of was they were doing a little construction but honestly it didn't impact us much because we were not there during the day. Also, the mixed drinks at the bar were a little inconsistent but the beer was always cold and refreshing!

Beautiful hotel and very well kept. They give a little token gift (eg homemade cookies) every day which is lovely. Staff super friendly. They gave us an upgrade since it was our anniversary and the room was spacious.

Breakfast could have more variety or changed daily. We were there 4 days and every day was the same. Also the bar closes at 22.30 and the hotel is at least 15-20min walk to the centre.
