René at the reception was incredible, very attentive and sympathetic. The room is quite spacious and well lit, with some furniture, comfortable beds, AC and outlets by the bed. The neighborhood is very pleasant, with some restaurants and cafes, and also very close to the bus station.

The kitchen needs some improving, specially the utensils, you can't really cook anything there.

Great location. Trees all around, from the terrace in the morning you might see monkeys, squirrels and birds close up. Kitchen seems all right. The dorms have only two beds and the place is not busy so there’s a chance you’ll have the room by yourself. Bathroom was clean. Beds comfortable.

Not great if you want to meet other travellers. No lockers. You have to ask to get a sheet as a blanket instead of the super thick one they give you.

Just 2 beds per room and I stayed alone the first night, so it was very calm. AC was working fine. Bed was comfortable. I am glad it was quite empty, otherwise the bathroom capacity could become an issue.

Kitchen basically has nothing. Contacting the staff can be impossible, someone had to wait 2 hours for the check in.

The girl working on reception was super helpful and friendly. She arranged a taxi for me when a storm started just as I was about to walk to the bus station!

There's nowhere comfortable to sit/hang out and the kitchen could do with more cutlery and dishes.
