The location is not too far out of town.

The room smelled of smoke which even after the week we could still smell. Our clothes also smelt strongly if smoke when we opened our cases at our next destination. The option to have a non smoking room would be good

A lovely hotel that had everything you needed as a family. The room itself had a fridge, plates and cutlery. The bed was comfortable and bedroom was spacious. Beautiful mini golf and a park, lots of nice green areas where you could go for a walk without leaving the hotel. Good food, entertainment every night and kids club with two lovely ladies. A little playground for kids and kids pool. Shop on site with reasonable places.

The heated pool was still very cold, only slightly warmer than the not heated pool. Outdated furniture in the room. Confusing lock to the room, staff not explaining how to actually access your room.

Although the rooms were older, we didn't mind their condition as the overall impression of the hotel was excellent. The resort offers great facilities - it includes a swimming pool, mini golf and a shop. We also really appreciated the quiet location where the hotel is located. However, what exceeded our expectations was the food. We were completely satisfied with it. We appreciated the system of themed cuisines (Spanish, Italian, American, etc.) that rotated regularly. The food was always well prepared and varied. Equally important is the staff, who were very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Any problem was solved immediately and with a smile. This was our third visit to the Canary Islands, and we have to say that we were the most satisfied with this accommodation so far. The whole experience was absolutely perfect and we would love to return in the future.

Location is 25 minute walk to centre of Corralejo. Parking available for free. On site, very well stocked mini market and reasonable prices. Well equipped gym and 2 large pools (as well as one for kids). Organised activities, live music every night (and good singers!). Clean, comfortable rooms, easy to cook of you wanted to (need to get cleaning products). Nice breakfast spread and variety of evening meals (though we didn't try). Best friendly and helpful staff.

Double bed instead of putting 2 singles together would have been better. The heated pool wasn't always heated. Coffee machine had sugar already added!

The location was great. great staff and customer service, especially at reception. The apartment was large airy, and the patio door having a fly screen is a great idea. My special request regarding room outlook and position was accommidated. The hotel is well kept and clean. It was great value for money, and I would return. It's a good 3 star, but for me, small improvements mainly in the apts and apt cleaning would make it an excellent 3 if not 4 star.

Not being provided some small cleaning essentials in the kitchen, such as washing up liquid, cleaning cloth/ sponge, or tea towel and missing a frying pan flipper, so it was difficult to lift eggs from pan ect. Cleaning in the apt was not good,the cleaners were in and out in mins. We had to ask for the patio to be washed as it became full of bird droppings. While they cleaned the bannister, the droppings remained on the tiled floor. They never once moped the tiles inside or outside during our 11-day stay. The plastic based mattress protection made the bed very hot and uncomfortable during the night. The patio door chains don't give a great first impression of the accommidation and its maintenance. The doors should be upgraded with proper door locks.

We really enjoyed our 10 nights here, all of the staff were friendly and helpful, the hotel was very clean with excellent facilities. We stayed bed and breakfast - there was a wide range of foods served buffet style, with something for every taste. Twice we ate in the hotel for our evening meal - there was no al a carte option available when we were here, but the buffet option was nice enough with a different theme each night. Though a relatively large hotel it never felt busy or crowded, and there was plenty of space around the pools. All of the grounds were well kept. The location is a good 10 - 15 minute walk from the main action, which was fine for us as we enjoyed the peaceful location, but not for those who want to be in the centre.

If we return we would ask for a different room in an alternative location - there was nothing wrong with the room as such, it had everything we could have wanted and the fridge was well used for keeping drinks cool, but as we had a ground floor room opposite the mini golf course, our terrace didn't feel private. That said it was set back but we would have preferred to have been on the first floor - possibly we could have changed rooms but it didn't bother us enough to consider asking.

The location is good, close to restaurants, and the town. Parking is useful, and the apartment is spacious and clean. We used the "keep warm" coffee pot often. The front reception staff were very good.

We have stayed before and had a wonderful apartment, but it's all a bit the luck of the draw. We were given an accessibility apartment, with all the thick railings that entails in the bathroom without asking us if that was OK. The apartment was very "tired", everything was worn looking and our balcony never really had the sun, which is a shame as we enjoy sitting out. After this experience, I don't think we'll return for a third time.

We had a wonderful stay at Las Marismas de Corralejo. The hotel's location was perfect, about 20 minute walk to the corralejo viejo beach, grandes playas and 10 minutes away from the centre and all the restaurants and shops. There is a bus stop near by, you can easily reach El Cotillo and Puerto del Rosario. The breakfast buffet was extensive and the food was delicious.The apartment was spotless every day and they have fantastic facilities, especially the pool area, spacious and clean with a nice restaurant nearby. The hotel staff went above and beyond! They left a sweet birthday note and a bottle of wine in my room. We want to give a special shout-out to Gigi for his outstanding service during our stay. He was incredibly helpful and made us feel right at home.

This is a very spacious hotel with great facilities, amazing pools and gardens and comfortable clean rooms with the friendliest and helpful staff, 3rd time we’ve stayed here since 2021. Convenient for town and if you have a car, there is secure private parking. There’s is even an on-site supermarket that doesn’t take the mickey with prices with everything you need and most of the things you forgot to pack

It would be nice to have a small package on welcome with washing up liquid and cleaning gear in the kitchen, After all they are all self catering apartment’s
