+ beautiful estate with green outdoors (also great for kids) + easy communication to prepare baby crib + nice location below Etna, great views around + breakfast with variety + polite and helpful staff + renovated rooms, shower working perfectly with warm water all day + nearby supermarket

One minus point was that the 2bedroom apartment was not 2 bedrooms with closed doors. In our booking it was described as following: "Bedroom 1: 1 king bed and Bedroom 2: 1 twin bed and 1 sofa bed. This spacious apartment consists of 1 living room, 2 separate bedrooms and 1 bathroom with a shower and free toiletries." It was one bedroom with door and one sofa bed in the living room. It was okay for us, but it is important this to be clear on the descriptions.

Casa Arrigo is a lovey complex of rooms and suites with beautiful courtyard/patio areas, communal pool, garden and loungers. The modern dining area used for breakfast and wine tastings has been beautifully positioned to maximise the stunning views of Etna across the Villa Neri vineyards. Breakfast was good. This was a wonderful quiet, comfortable and relaxing place to stay after being in some of the busier parts of the island and great for accessing the less busy Etna Nord circuit.

Our room was very well-appointed but a little on the dark side due, I am aware, to the old-style cottage/farmhouse nature of the buildings with minimal windows.

We very, very much liked our stay here and we would love to return to Casa Arrigo. The rooms were very tastefully designed and it was impeccably clean. We were there during the pre-season and the floor heating added a lot to our wellbeing. Linguaglossa is a great hopping off point for Piano Provenzana, the northern side of the Etna. Regarding breakfast we could not have asked for more. A great selection of high quality local products. Since we were there during the Easter days, we were treated with Sicilian Easter bread/cake - all very delicious. Also all the employees we met, were extremely friendly and professional - of particular note Angela, who spoiled us with freshly brewed Cappuccini and was always super nice to us. We feel very grateful for the time we spent here and we would actually like to express our gratitude towards our hosts and staff. Keep up the great work, thank you!

Great location at the base of the Etna next to a vineyard and lots of olive trees. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Cottages are clean and quiet.

There is an option to have a wine tasting of the wines made at the vineyard. We should have asked how much it cost in advance, as it turned out to be 40eu per person for 3 glasses of wine and a small plate with antipasti - much too expensive. You're better off just buying the bottles of wine from the vineyard.

Our hostesses (Angela and Lucrezia) were absolutely lovely and super accommodating. We were treated very well and always got every help we asked for. The property itself is beautiful set against a stunning view of Mount Etna in the background. We had a fantastic time and would definitely recommend to others.

Great estate, with comforting and relaxing surroundings. Great swimming pool area. Rooms where high standard, big in size, nice and clean. Access to the hotel for restaurant. Great dinner experience, both in terms of the food, but espesially because of the people. Lovely breakfast, once again made a little bit extra special thanks to the host, in a modern beautiful hall with direct view of Etna. The wine from their vinyards was also very good, do recommend.

Bar at the Neri hotell was really underwhelming..

The location was beautiful! Surrounded by nature, vineyards and a nice view of Etna! The room was clean and spacious. The staff was incredibly friendly and made us feel so welcome. We did not catch the name of the lady during our check in who lived in Scotland but she was great! Friendly and very helpful! Breakfast was delicious. Lovely pool and surroundings. Private parking right in front. We can recommend this place 100%!

Everything was great!

Stunning location below Mt Etna amongst vineyards and forests. Close to lots of walks, Alcantara Gorge and Piano Provenzana. Beautiful accommodation with everything you need and pool with views. Had a nice lunch in hotel.

We wish we stayed longer than 3 nights.

The place for very nice, amazing location with the view for Etna. The room was very comfortable and clean. The high ceiling was amazing making so much more air in the space. No dinner was available, but you can have it in the hotel opposite side of the street or you can enjoy wine tasting instead in one of the wineries nearby.

Unfortunately the swimming pool was not ready for the season and it was not cleaned. It was impossible to use it. I would suggest to double check before booking if the swimming pool is available.
