Location. 1min from the station! Breakfast is really tasty! Dishes were made with fresh local ingredients. I wish the breakfast time ends at 10am though.
The pillow is not comfortable. Too soft and too low. If we have a few options for pillows, it would be great. Packed dropped coffee should be offered at the amenity section. I wish the breakfast time ends at 10am. The window is locked. I could not open the window to change the air. The floor area is a bit too small for two people to open the suitcase. We struggled to find the space to put the luggage.

It’s very near the Tsudanuma train station, quite a distance from main city attractions but the efficiency of Japan’s train system made it very convenient. Clean towels every single day. Quiet neighborhood but with available McDonald’s, convenient stores and local restaurants around. We also loved the beautiful view as you have breakfast at the 10th floor, the Mt. Fuji is viewable on a clear and sunny day.

The room is small but very comfortable, downstairs from the hotel is a wonderful supermarket and many local places to eat, plus the metro is just 3 minutes away.
Unfortunately the hotel is a bit far from the tourist part, it is a city far from the most emblematic areas, everything is an hour or more away…

Right above the train station, parking right beside, room was exceptionally clean and beautiful and spacious, children’s toys and amenities available at the lobby

Couldn’t change room temperature (too hot in winter) and couldn’t open window to regulate temperature or change air. Nice cups and kettle but no tea/coffee, or spoons.

I wish the breakfast was cheaper. Considering the competition, hotels these days should include breakfast. Free coffee bar was nice though.

Perfect organisation for our big group! :) The staff is friendly and well organised, and you can enjoy a great view from the 10th floor while enjoying the breakfast .
