We had a lovely stay at Fusion Resort and Spa Nha Trang. The villa was spacious, clean, and the overall setting was very relaxing. The quality of the restaurant food during regular meals was excellent — fresh, well-prepared, and flavorful. Staff were attentive and helpful throughout our visit.

However, I was a bit surprised by the 9.6 overall rating. While the resort is definitely good, not new but well kept, I believe a 9.2 would be a more accurate reflection, considering a few points. Specifically, the BBQ dinner was disappointing. The BBQ selection, especially meat and fish, was limited and lacked flavor — it did not match the high standards set by the other meals. I would expect more from a resort in this category.

You can lie in bed and immediately see the sea, hear the sound of the waves, and enjoy a fantastic sunrise. The villa has floor-to-ceiling windows all around, providing a great sense of openness without compromising privacy. The services were prompt, and the buggy services were always quick. Most of the staff were naturally friendly. Breakfast were.not as lavish as that of a luxury hotel in a big city, but more than adequate. The daily spa treatments provided once a day were also suitable for relaxing. Additionally, during our 5-night stay, we were able to receive butler service at the resort. Joe Nguyen was very attentive to our needs, allowing us to truly relax and enjoy our time

A little paradise in the middle of peaceful and beautiful natural surroundings, featuring a private beach and two stunning swimming pools. Our rooms were spacious, spotless and super confortable. The restaurants offer a high-quality à la carte menu, and the service is excellent, with very helpful and polite staff. A special thank you to Nathalie, who assisted us with all our needs and ensured our stay was thoroughly enjoyable. The spa treatments were amazing and incredibly relaxing.

The availability of drinks service by the large pool could be improved.

Everything about this resort screams 5 star but the staff are what pushes it into a whole new level! Our fusionista Joe was so thoughtful and always making sure we had everything we need and the spar experience which you get free every day was exceptional. Big thanks to Vy who always made us feel so welcome and gave us great advice on which spa treatment to have. The staff in the spa are so well trained and we always felt so relaxed before during and especially after our sessions. Thank you all so much for making fusion such a magical place. We will definitely be back as soon as we can.

There is nothing to not like.

A beautiful oasis, though a bit remote, but an excellent place to stay. The rooms are nice with comfortable beds, effective air conditioning, and very friendly staff. The food is delicious, and the property is impeccably maintained. A charming touch is the small farm with chickens, where you can collect your own eggs in the morning to have them cooked for breakfast. The breakfast is good—perhaps not extraordinary, but definitely satisfying. If you don’t mind being a bit further from the city, this is an ideal choice. We first visited Nha Trang and then spent three relaxing days here, conveniently close to the airport. We stayed in a two-bedroom suite, which was perfect for our family. Overall, the hotel offers a genuine five-star experience with an excellent price-quality ratio. I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a well-maintained and relaxing stay.

What I found less positive about the hotel was that, as a light sleeper, I noticed my room became very bright in the morning. This was because it was a sunlit room, and the curtains allowed quite a bit of light to pass through. In the bathroom, there were no blackout curtains at all, so you’re really awakened by the light, which some people might like, but I found it a bit less pleasant. However, this is absolutely not a reason to avoid staying here, and I must say that the room itself was truly beautiful

This will sound like a hyperbolic exaggeration written by an American couple from Arizona who have never been overseas before…but THIS WAS THE BEST HOTEL WE HAVE EVER BEEN TO!! The staff were beyond exceptional (Súong in particular). They all knew who we were and were excessively helpful. As soon as they found out we’re vegan, they remembered and gave us specially designed vegan dishes. The resort itself is beautiful and we never needed to leave (unfortunately, we did make a trip to Nha Trang which is comparatively disgusting). This place might not be the cheapest accomodation you can find, but you definitely see where your money goes. It is 100% worth it.

There was nothing we didn’t like. We even somewhat admired the squished dead frog next to the communal pool.

I can without doubt say that this is the best hotel we've ever stayed at. Firstly, the staff make the place. From your personal 'Fusionista' to the amazing restaurant staff. Feel like part of the family there - they get it just right. Bringing flowers for my wife or Aloe Vera when I got a slightly burnt head after a day on the mopeds. They made our honeymoon so special. Shout out to Joe and Ny in particularly! A la carte breakfast was superb. Was never out of the private swimming pool. The daily treatments included were a dream. This place will always set the standard for future hotels. Would love to go back.

We loved everything!

Exceptional attention to details everywhere. The beach villa was mesmerising. All spa inclusive feature takes the experience to a whole next level. This resort is really well managed. Our children fell in love with their baby sitter, Guyen as she was amazing with them.

Hard to find anything. As a parent with 2 kids, I would say kids club can be more active. It makes parents to want to come back more often.

We really appreciated to be upgraded as surprise as this trip was to celebrate my husband's birthday. The hotel staff are very attentive and friendly, always check on us and always prompt response on our request. Special thanks to Joe who promptly helped us solve the privacy issue and appreciated the entire team to prepare the birthday cake for my husband. The spa is exceptional relaxing and comfort and the staff are really friendly and attentive. Thank you very much for creating such a memorable experience for us and we definitely will come back for another getaway.

Absolutely amazing! Just what we wanted! We had the villa with hideaway pool and was well worth it!! We’ve been to many resorts in Vietnam over the past few years and this was far the best! All the staff were very friendly and helpful. I do recommend booking spa treatments 48 hrs in advance as it can get booked up quickly! Big shout out to Joe too in customer service! He was very helpful and made our stay even more special. Would go back for sure!
