The pools, breakfast buffet, scenery and rooms were excellent I would gladly stay for these reasons again. I liked that they have staff especially for entertaining guests and in particular small children.

At times the lifeguards were on the rude side.Our poolside umbrella blew off at one point and almost hit my girlfriend and the lifeguard just told her to pay attention as if it was her fault.He didn't check her well being right away which we thought was distasteful. The menus were nice but I felt could do with more variety personally. We also had 2 lizards in our apartment and when I reported it to reception they said someone would come help rid them from the room but no one came and no one followed up on the issue.

The location was a bit out of Monopoli and you really need a car to get anywhere. The pool was nice a big the service was ok.

Coming from Australia, we are not used to having to wear swimming caps at resorts. Have never experienced this before and don't quite understand it as it was the only resort that had this rule

We enjoyed our 3 day stay at Greenblu Sea Emotions spa hotel. A beautiful hotel complex located next to a rocky beach, no sand. The accommodation is in Domed shaped Pods like a modern version of a Trulli house, with 4 rooms per Pod. The Pod room was well equipped and clean with a large comfortable double bed. The air-con and wifi were good. The Breakfast buffet was nice. The staff were helpful and friendly. Communicating with reception via WhatsApp messages was easy and very useful. There were 2 large pools (salty & chlorine) to choose from and a rocky beach with easy access to the water via a ladder or steps. It was a nice break from our Puglia road trip staying in apartments in the narrow streets of the other towns.

If you find buffet food a nightmare, For the evening meal you need to book the Blu restaurant as soon as you arrive as spaces are limited. Unfortunately, We could not get a table, so we opted for a short walk to Torre Cafe/restaurant the food was very good. Hotel check-in was after 5 PM. We arrived before we had been allocated a room and went to the bar for a drink. The bar staff seemed confused what to do for payment as we didn’t have a room number. What is wrong with a credit card?

Excellent food choices at buffet breakfast and dinner. Lovely location with beautiful poolside views. Nothing too much trouble for all of the staff. Reasonable bar prices.

Only disappointment is the lack of a kettle in the room. It is nice to be able to make your own hot drinks and sit on your terrace which you cannot do here.

The hotel was nice, the facilities were great. The outside gym was a lovely surprise, just beside the sea! We didn't get the chance to use the tennis courts or pool as the weather was not great. The breakfast buffet was nice, it is Italian style. The staff was very efficient. The hotel is situated just beside the sea, you can walk along the coastline, just make sure you bring good sneakers as the rocky land is quite difficult but you have a better view of the caves underneath. Also you can take the road path that is easier. If you keep on walking you will eventually find some little restaurants, make sure you reserve in advance.

We would have liked to have someone help us with our luggage, the distance from the reception to the room was considerable,we saw later on that other guests were sent a golf cart to help them. So if you come, make sure you ask for help. The person at the reception desk was a trainee and was trying his best to answer all of our questions, but we were not given full information of all the hotel facilities, we discovered them along the way, such as bike rental, spa, updeck bar... The rooms are quite small. For 2 people it is just ok, if you come with a small child, it will get crowded. We stayed in one of the "pods" near the sea. A "bouilloire"would have been appreciated to make coffee or tea.

The breakfast choice was limited which is understandable for the clientele. I would have liked to seen more cereal choice and fried food. The scrambled egg was watered too much and the bacon had too much fat.

The staff were friendly but not attentive enough. Staff were very helpful but I would have preferred the staff to have more chat to make guests feel part of the ‘family’.

The whole package was generally very good.

There was limited choice for meals in the evening for families with young children. The restaurant only offered full dining and the bar could only supply a few toasties. We all had to go out somewhere in the evenings to get something for the kids to eat.

Torre Cintola Greenblu is the perfect place to unwind. The resort is beautiful, with fantastic facilities, relaxing pools, and plenty of activities to enjoy. Everything was clean, modern, and well-maintained. The staff were friendly and helpful, making the whole stay even better. Highly recommend for anyone looking to relax and recharge!

Super location, short walk to Capitolo. Ideal base to explore the region. Decent hotel facilities, two great pools, nice spa and plenty of relaxation space. Sushi Beach restaurant was excellent

We were only B&B, tried the evening buffet at €35 per person. Average, but this targeted all inclusive guests. We ate out every night and sampled plenty of superb local restaurants.
