Location is right on the cliff overlooking the famous beach. The staff are wonderfully attentive and the breakfast was excellent.

Parking by necessity is about 4 blocks away in a dirt lot. They will connect with directions for parking. First, leave your luggage and walk to the hotel. They will then take you back in a three wheeled vehicle to get the luggage. Guest make the mistake of driving to the dead end at the hotel and cause chaos trying to get out. The parking lot is dirt and your vehicle will be covered in dust. That is what happens if you want to be at the famous beach.

Location is perfect if you want to be right near the centre with great options for dining nearby. Service to and From the car park was fantastic and Put my mind at ease . Person manning the carpark was polite and lovely and so too was our driver who assisted without asking to help with luggage and door. Superb options at breakfast and lovely view over the cliffs . Wish I could have spent more time here to sample the dinner menu .

Food and drinks: Good buffet breakfast. Staff are a bit distant except for Anik who's very keen and chatty! Hotel highlights: Luxury, Great view, Romantic, Quiet

Their restaurant is in a beautiful setting for dinner but lacks any ambience due to bright white lighting and lack of character!

this is the best Hotel as the location in the town. the other Hotels are in the city, or just overlooking the sea. but in this Hotel you watch the old city as a painting. if you reserved a room with a view you can spend most of your time in the balcony. The breakfast room also has a panoramic view, with many choices of breakfast, and a good service. the hotel owns the best restaurant in town. Magical Location

the is nothing to unlike. it is a full 4 star hotel, The staff is ultra helpful. the only thing was, the boat tour agency that they recommended was very bad and amateur, double check the daily tours by yourself, too...

We had such a fantastic experience at this hotel! We only stayed one night, but it was amazing. The location couldn't have been better - right in front of the ocean and within walking distance to restaurants, the beach, and the tourist area. Our room was spacious, clean, and super comfy. We even had a room with an ocean view and a balcony window! The decoration was a little bit outdated but nice. The air-conditioning was a plus, and with the windows closed at night, we couldn't hear any outside noise. The bathroom was also big and clean, and the breakfast was absolutely delicious, with a great variety of drinks and foods. It was so nice to enjoy breakfast with a view of the ocean. The hotel's proximity to the main attractions was also a huge plus - just a 5-minute walk to the beach and the bridge. When we arrived at 9 pm, we went out for a walk and fell in love with the city. It was so lovely to see people eating in restaurants and strolling through the old town's little streets. We felt incredibly safe. The next morning, we woke up early and had the whole beach to ourselves, with breathtaking views of the old town, the rock, and the crystalline water. We were able to store our luggage at the hotel while we went paddle boarding, and when we returned, they even let us use the bathroom to change. The employees were so friendly and helpful, and we definitely plan on coming back someday! Can't wait to return to this wonderful place.

I would have love the check out time to be at noon but it was at 10:30am. But we were able to store our luggage.

The location was very close to centre of town. The hotel was very convenient being so close by. We had the room with the hot tub and we enjoyed this especially. From the terrace you could watch all the divers and jumpers from the cliff into the water. Staff were very friendly. Breakfast was good for italy. Scrambled eggs/bacon or sausages every morning plus good selection of other foods- cheese meat rolls cakes etc...

the location, amenities and cleanliness were excellent but it was the staff who made our stay exceptional. they were very helpful and courteous for our whole stay but went above and beyond to help me and my husband when I had an accident and had to use a wheelchair

the views are stunning, the breakfast was very good, the room was comfortable and well appointed. the restaurant had high quality food and the bar had a good range of wine and spirits. the staff were the highlight, being attentive, courteous and efficient, highly skilled and friendly.

Our stay at this hotel was amazing! The location was perfect, with a stunning panoramic view of the ocean. The room was beautifully decorated, spacious, and very comfortable. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We loved every moment of it.

The only minor issues were that the toilet could have been a bit cleaner and the breakfast was quite basic, but we understood since we were the only guests at the time.

Very happy with Location room and its views. Breakfast staff were fantastic with good sense of humour and smiling faces.

We received emails about protocols on time of arrival and check in, travelling a long way we did expect the room to be ready however we had to wait told we could go to thier restaurant for late lunch as they were still open and had availability, we we asked the restaurant they said no they were fully booked. Then had to wait another 2 hours past check in tired and hot after our trip but the front desk didn't care.

Beautiful room and views from the room, Breakfast area, and restaurant! Right on the edge of the cliffs overlooking the sea. Staff was friendly and accommodated our road bikes and luggage transfers.

Not a major thing but to get into “the annex” you need to buzz the main front desk to let you in. If they aren’t right at the desk you have to wait.
