The staff was very attentive and the rooms were clean and spacious. Beds were super comfortable.

We had to transfer to another room because the AC stopped working. The first room had no place for the toilet paper in the bathroom and there wasn’t any there, so I informed the desk. When they provided one, I had to leave it on the floor. Breakfast was included but very limited in choices, they never served me fruits even though they were in the menu. They charged my credit card in Dominican Pesos using an inflated exchange rate, so I ended it up paying a few dollars more than what I was supposed to.

Its clean hand have what you need, the pool/roof top is nice and the gym is okey for being a smal hotel.

Dont know if i was just unlucky but it was constant noise, a car alarm going off for hours, the dog barking or construction noise. Its not the hotels fault but other reviews said its a quiet place its not

the breakfast on my first morning was very good. Unfortunately the second morning at 8:15 am I was told I cannot have American breakfast anymore. Only Dominican breakfast was available which I could not eat because it is all deep fried....fried salami, fried eggs, fried cheese.....my stomach cannot handle that much grease early in the morning.

KLK! If you’re looking to relax and enjoy the calmness of the neighborhood, this is your place. If you’re looking for a lively environment, stay somewhere else. Definitely visit the Colmados near the residence. They’re fun!

Room needs more clean

Helpful and friendly staff, big comfy bed, large room and a nice cafe/restaurant inside the hotel (we ate breakfast and dinner there). It's also in a good neighbourhood where you can feel safe during the day or at night. The parking lot is large and well protected, you shouldn't worry about your car. Good value for money.

We found this place and it was an absolute gem! It was decorated so cozy and cute and very clean! It was amazing for the price and the staff were kind! I would have loved to have stayed longer here! It was fantastic!

It was good, but not enough selections

This was the second times I stayed at this hotel. When I took shower, water came out under the bathroom door flooded the sink area.

The staff were very nice and the property is spotless clean and smelled great. Bed was very comfortable.

Our room was so small it was basically a cubby hole. Hotel rooms shouldn’t ever be that small. It was fine for 1 night though.
