I liked the staff and breakfast. Hotel rooms nice and clean.

It was very noisy from the traffic below. The cars and motorcycles made a lot of noise especially in the evening and night. Only the very last contact with staff was surprisingly bad. As I had checked out at noon but left the luggage for later until my departure in the evening. When I came back in the evening to pick it up I asked to use the toilet in the bar but it was refused to me at first. I was told I was checked out and couldn’t use the facilities anymore. On top of that the receptionist seemed reluctant to help with taxi. Although she did it. But seemed liked it wasn’t something she wanted to help with. I ubder

It’s probably design of the building itself where the hotel is placed - ACs are on the balcony in a sleeping room so if you put them in heating mode and open the window, it’s quite noisy There are 2 elevators in 34 floor building so it can quite a time to travel up and down (the hotel is on the top 2 floors). But these were the minor things for me

the reception and all the staff were very polite and tried to help everytime we needed something. very professional and useful. first night was pretty bad due to a bad room (no hot water at first, very low wifi, and broken shower) but they switched us to a better larger room on the second day and tried to assist with whatever they could. my child was very picky in food and they helped us combine her some lunch from whatever they had. after the first day - our stay was very comfortable. thank you!

- low water pressure in the shower - had some confusion with the breakfast, if you wont reach out the reception and ask for it, seems like it wont happened(we order breakfast to our room), at least that what we experienced although,but the breakfast is really good. thank you - water was dripping from the AC and from the water heater, not a big issue but still. - only 2 elevators for about 40 floors, can take some time to arrive, but this is more a building level issue.

Accommodation apartments located very close to the sea, a hotel and kosher restaurants (for those who care), close to many pleasant and relevant facilities for guests and tourists in Batumi. The hospitality staff is very kind, they answered a lot of things during our stay, for example when there was an electrical problem and the elevator stopped within a few minutes they rescued us from it. The dining room is always clean, the food is satisfying, tasty and relatively varied. In addition - we asked to receive packaged dishes on the last day and the staff responded immediately with the desire to provide service - not a given!! The rooms are clean, and they also made sure to clean them every day (which we didn't see in other places) The reception desk is staffed 24/7, so there is a human and personal response to everything at all hours of the day. The apartment is equipped with new, pleasant, working equipment, including Wifi, iron, washing machine and more Perfect place!! Thanks

The building where the accommodation units are located is in a construction area, the access to it is reasonable and less convenient with luggage, small children, etc. the room is large and spacious, cozy and decorated, but one bathroom for everyone... less comfortable Especially an unpleasant smell coming from the bathroom / toilet Although the rooms were cleaned every day, the cleaning staff took the towels and did not always put new ones in their place, however, we always received other towels from the reception when we returned to the room from the trip (it is less pleasant at night to start looking for clean towels, and certainly when doing check-out the receptionist check the number the towels left in the room, including those already taken by the cleaning staff)

I reserved the hotel for my mother and her friend during their vacation, and their experience was nothing short of delightful. They mentioned that personal was very friendly and helpful. Room was clean and spacious and location was quite central and walk able, both to the beach and to the city center. Overall, their stay was marked by contentment and convenience, making it a memorable holiday for them.

The only comment they had was regarding the elevator. Given the substantial number of rooms and guests, occasional lines near the elevator were a minor inconvenience. Additionally, the presence of nearby construction sites was evident. However, I do understand that such factors are beyond your control.

The location is excellent. And the room was really nice

The staff speaks very bad english and russian, which would not be an issue if we didn't end up having an incident, when we quite in strong words were asked to leave the room, although when checking in we said several times that we are extending our stay for one day. The booking was already done and paid. The staff was nodding, so we assumed that there was no issue with that. No apology later for that, although it was clearly their mistake. Also the elevator requests a chip, which is a small issue when you are just checking in. As you will need to wait for someone also using the elevator to help you press the floor. The chair in the Kitchen is quite greezy as well.

Very comfortable to work from: everything is there, even a chair with legs support. Apartment Design is impressive, very practical. Wifi strength is good – every apt has its own wireless router. The view from 33rd floor is quite cool, although I wouldn't live on a such height for years.

There was missing TV remote control (and a TV doesn't have its own controls), it took a couple of days to find one, but finally solved.

The hotel in Batumi was generally good, and the staff were friendly and helpful. However, one of the rooms was not clean upon arrival. When we requested cleaning, it was done to an acceptable level, though not perfect. On the positive side, the ladies at the reception were absolutely wonderful and made our stay more pleasant.

Reception staff very kind and friendly. I like room size and equipment like fridge, washing machine and small kitchen. They have parking under the ground but you have to get the remote while check in to open the parking gate. There is grocery shop open 24 hour near the building. They have continental breakfast, consist of cheese, bread, coffee, tea pastry and the breakfast team are very friendly.

The hotel located in DAR building when you reach there by using Google Maps try to find DAR building and go to floor number 33 to find the reception. you have to ask them to clean your room every day.

Breakfast was great and all the facilities also.All members of stuff were kind and ready to help.All electric appliances worked as they should.Very big bathroom is well equiped.No problem with elevators at all,they are fast and not crowded.Will recommend this hotel to everyone!
