Amazing view for Batumi - wow - it is worth to take this hotel even only for the view. The rooms were super big, and the breakfast was tasty and with plenty of food! Staff in Restaurant and swimming pool was really nice!

I think the staff at the reception was not nice. Except that when we checked out they told us that we used something from mini bar but we didn't. However, after short explanation everything was fine.

Everything was perfect—the staff were incredibly friendly and upgraded us to a suite when they found out we were on our honeymoon. The room was clean, spacious, and even had a bidet. After checking in, we took a stroll through the city and returned to find a complimentary gift from the hotel: a cake, chilled beverages, and a bowl of fresh fruit waiting for us. ❤️ The valet parking was also a bonus

There is construction going right infront of the hotel which u have to cross on ur way into and out of the hotel … but for sure it’s a temporary thing but not advisable if u have kids or elderly people with u

Size of rooms. Breakfast was amazing. Mr Tanseel is a great chief who cooks best food . Location is good. Rooms v clean.

There was one lady Maryam in reception who called me at time of check out and talked to me with no respect to leave the room despite the fact that I have extension till 1. I think some of the staff needs to be trained well to respect customers.

We upgraded our room to Sea View at the top floor (15 floor) and the view was really amazing! We lived in many hotels in Batumi and I'd like to note that this hotel has one of the best view in Batumi! It is comparable only with views from other high-end 5* hotels. Breakfast was good. Nothing special but it is worth its cost. Rooms are large, clean and comfortable. SPA is not big, consists of big swimming pool with warm water, big hamam and sauna. WI-FI was rather good too. Hotel is located near the historical center (5-10 mins of walking)

Hotel has its own problems. Rooms look good and rather new but in fact they require additional repair (not renovation!). First we were assigned a room on the 15th floor. But the door-lock didn't work. Then we moved to the 14th floor and there was a problem with window. As we lived not for a long time, we declined next room change and lived as is. But the fact is that 2 of 2 rooms had some issues that were not repaired for a weeks I think. So during the high season It may become a problem.

The hotel is located very conveniently next to the old city Centre and the sea though accessible very well since not in the old city centre yet. Free parking places are provided right in front of the lobby. The amenities are nice, the junior suites on the highest floors are amazing and feature a breathtaking view over the city and the sea. Breakfast buffet is rich and plenty.

The hotel in general has aged not in a good way everywhere. The spa and pool area are in high need of renovation. „Real“ coffee costed extra at breakfast.

“Although I repeatedly asked the reception to issue a business invoice for the whole group and provided them with all the necessary details that must appear on the invoice, I have never received it. The reception promised to send it, then I asked them about five times by email, and later I even wrote to the manager. So far, I have not received anything.”

The location is good. The room size is also good. The reception staff is quite helpful and generally no issues

The housekeeping staff need to be more responsive. They seem to get irritated with even minor requests. Looks like two sections.. Reception area : generally helpful House keeping: Always getting irritated.. most of them

The room was very spacious with an amazing view of the city. We could use all the saunas and the pool was large enough for swimming. The gym was well stocked with professional machines. Breakfast was delicious, and with so many options, you could easily overeat..

I guess the SPA area was not built for water and humidity. We saw a lot of mold and degradation of the walls. Visually not appealing sight.
