Great location. Kitchenette okay, no oven, just 2 plate stove top. Had asked for full kitchen, but only later found out this only comes with 2 bedroom units. Indoor pool and racket court were great to use. Good breakfast. Quiet room as requested with great view of mountain.

Toilet too low and made loud noise when flushing. Could do with some updating and modern bathroom fixtures. Room servicing not consistent - had to occasionally call for service. Cleanliness in hard to reach carpet areas next to bed neglected (found dust covered alarm clock on floor which had obviously been there for some time). Stain on sofa. Towels not always stocked at poolside, had to ask at desk.

It was mostly all great.

Bed was a little hard, pillows a little flat, and the key cards quit working about 10:30am which was really inconvenient because we were going in and out to take our stuff out to the car at the time. You guys also need to make it more clear on your website that only some rooms have ovens and which ones they are. I was really disappointed and frustrated to find out that we didn’t have one to cook the turkey we brought. My in-laws did some shuffling of which thing went in which oven when so we could cook it at their place. The lady that checked us in went above and beyond offering to ask the breakfast manager if we could use the breakfast oven. So she deserves something extra for outstanding customer service.

The staff was fantastic, from the evening desk staff/manager to the morning crew, hoping to find a decent Residence Inn option in San Diego for my work stays. The Continental Breakfast was over the top delicious with an incredible variety of choices and the chef was warm and welcoming! The room far exceeded my expectations especially for the price, I travel a lot for work, this was a personal stay with my pet. The location was wonderful, there was a walking path right behind the residence inn and I walked with my dog evening and in the morning, loved the college area atmosphere and all the options for food and fancy coffee!

Everything was GREAT - made my short stay up north in my home state absolutely perfect!! I will stay longer next time and explore the area.

The staff was very helpful. The breakfasts were good, and the menu changed a little from day to day so it didn't become monotonous. Location was perfect for visiting family in the Provo/Orem area.

Room cleaning service during the holidays seemed a little hit-and-miss. We didn't mind much as we're pretty clean, and we guessed it was to give their normal staff some time off during Christmas and New Year's.

2 Bedroom Suite with Fireplace ! Breakfast was outstanding! Different choices everyday and real eggs! Kitchen Staff were so nice! Bacon, Sausage, Eggs, Waffles, Cereals and Granola, juice coffee different breads and spreads. Fresh fruit and Yogurt. Croissant sandwiches! Room was spacious and clean. No complaints. Staff was very helpful.

Had to change rooms since former customer had smoked up the room but the staff was unaware of it.

Staff was very friendly and accommodating. The breakfast lady was super nice ! Room was pretty comfortable. Bed was comfy . I liked that the room had a kitchen so we were able to warm up some food. Liked the outdoor area for my dog to run.

Honestly it would be unfair to complain about few inconveniences because staff did best to resolve it and to make my stay pleasant . For the price the place is just fine .

The staff. I dealt with three different front desk personnel and two different drivers while staying at the property. Everyone was kind and courteous. Next, cleanliness. I'd say this was probably one the cleanest places I have stayed at. Next, facilities. Top notch! I had everything I could ask for in the room (ironing board, microwave, plates, fridge etc.). Even the TV channel selection was great! Next courtesy shuttle. I can't tell you how many hotels out there under appreciate the value of providing a courtesy shuttle. This was one of the primary reasons I booked at the hotel and it was a major convenience for me especially since I traveling for work.

The bathroom. Drainage in the sink and the tub was painstakingly slow. I told the staff after checkout so they'd have someone fix it. The toilet seat was too small and often uncomfortable for a big guy like me.

The location is very convenient, close to a lot of places to eat. The room in comfortable and clean. I like the idea of kitchen and big fridge in the room. The bathroom is clean and roomy. The swimming pool is not that big but its very clean. The Breakfast is amazing and a lot of choices. Most of all the staff are very nice and friendly. would definitely stay here again.

There is a very strong smell in the room as soon as we enter, it smelt like food that the previous guess had eaten. The smell did not go away the whole time we were there.

It was conveniently located and the rooms were a good size. Very good breakfast with lots of options.

Though clean, it seems a little worn. I could tell the room had been well serviced, but there were old stains on the couch and carpet. Old rusty stains on the inside of the toilet. I wasn’t grossed out. It just seemed old.

Our amazing experience at this Marriott property is owed almost entirely to Sydney who was working the front desk alone when my wife and I arrived. She greeted us kindly and asked how we were doing. I told her “not good”. We needed extraordinary help and she rose to the occasion. But not just that; she didn’t make us feel bad or guilty about what we were asking. She was gracious and treated us with dignity and respect. She was even able to seamlessly help another guest check-in whilst helping us. We also owe a debt of gratitude to housekeeping, maintenance, and to whomever hired Sydney. The property is immaculate. Every detail in the room is perfect. Every light worked. Every outlet worked. The key card worked. The carpet was clean enough to walk barefoot. There was no smell in the room. I could keep going but let me just highlight one more thing. In our kitchenette, there are salt and pepper shakers. And inside of the shakers there were packets or salt and packets of pepper. I didn’t think this was classy at first but then I thought about how we normally find these items: salt all clumped up speckled with rice and pepper old as dirt sitting out in its own dust. This way we can empty the brand new packets into pristine shakers. We love this place and wish we could stay longer. This is our go to in Provo.
