Nice location! Breakfast was decent could use a variety instead of eggs and bacon every day. The pool area was nice. Pool was warm. Housekeeping was good. They came every day while we were gone and gave us new towels and changed the garbages.

The refrigerator door was broken and even after turning it down it kept freezing everything we put in it. Ceiling in bathroom was dripping water.

The breakfast had a lot of options and was fresh and filling. The room was very spacious and very clean. The bathroom was clean and had enough towels for the whole family to shower. Upon request for extra soap and shampoo, the attendant at the front desk was very accomadating and friendly. Location was perfect to make our drive home easy. The pool was heated.

There was a lot of chlorine in the pool and hot tub. The breakfast area was pretty small, if there were a lot of guests staying, it might have been difficult finding a place to sit for the whole family.

The staff answered all questions promptly and with a smile. When my brother checked in while I visited family in nursing home, they were efficient and friendly. In morning, they showed me where the coffee machine was and made sure I knew all the choices for breakfast. Room was clean and we thanked the staff for a wonderful stay.

The staff was more than helpful and everyone very pleasant. I would make this my Lakeville place to stay. Pool and hot tub were clean and water temperature perfect. Desk attendant helped me with cooler up the stairs, since there wasn’t an elevator. Awesome breakfast. Coffee was always replenished

It was okay with the different choices but some people would like regular milk for breakfast

Breakfast was not great. Coffee was not avaliable when needed and was not very good. Coffee full of grounds one morning. Waffles were very good but other options were lacking.

The location was great for our trip, as it was a short drive from the Mall of America. Numerous restaurants and stores were near the Baymont. The room was great, comfortable, and provided plenty of space. The breakfast was pretty good. Finally, the pool and spa were great ways to relax in the evening.

Bed was too soft for my preference. Hard, small square pillows instead of longer oblong pillows. Breakfast choice of eggs/bacon - bacon overcooked. NO COFFEE!

There a few things that we just annoying: The light switch by the door didn't turn on a light leaving me in a very dark , it turned out that it was connected to a lamp on the opposite side of the room and was turned off at the lamp. Th were no instructions for operating the TV and remote control, it defaulted to an advertisement for the cable/satellite system without a clear method to get to an actual TV program. There was a coffee maker in the room but no tea bags for those of us who don't drink coffee, There were no cups/glasses near the juice machine in the breakfast room, turns out they were by the coffee on the other side of a stairway and not visible from the breakfast room.

For the price point, this place exceeded my expectations. Clean, Great Breakfast, Roomy, AND FRIENDLY STAFF

The only minor things were the bathroom, could use a bit of updating, metal door frame was bit rusty, and there was a small tear in the carpeting between the beds. However the towels were plentiful and fluffy. and the beds were very comfy!
