Everything but ..... the phone call we got after out clothing was delivered in our room, VERY UNPROFESSIONAL

The way they call us about our dry cleaner service, this is not our first time here , our dry cleaner service was delivered to our room and right away they called us with this words "you don't have any credit here " you must come down stairs to pay for that service. SHAME ON YOU!! IF WE SPEND AN XTRA NIGHT JUST TO CHECK IN THE 10TH NOT THE 9TH WHAT MAJE YOU THINK THAT WE CAN'T AFFORD TO PAY FOR THE DAMN SERVICE

The location of the hotel was excellent for the purpose of my visit. I liked the cleanliness, spacious accommodation (including a kitchenette with mini fridge and microwave oven), reliable Wi-Fi and comfortable bed. All the staff (front desk, restaurant, cleaning and maintenance) were helpful and pleasant. Overall, I enjoyed my stay!

There were two interruptions in electricity, the second of which occurred on the night before my departure; fortunately, it happened after I had exited the elevator.

The exceptional friendliness and helpfulness of the staff made us feel welcome. The room was spacious and very pleasant, the bed was very comfortable. There was a refrigerator and a microwave which both came in handy to heat water for tea and keep milk cool. We can highly recommend this hotel.

We were very happy with our stay. If anything, the towels were not very new and it would have been nice to have some bottled water and tea as well as the provided coffee in the morning.

I absolutely loved the hotel, the staff was very friendly. The view was amazing, definitely get a balcony/patio room. The beds were extremely comfortable and the room was spacious, mini kitchen was a huge bonus! The pool was beautiful but too cold to swim in.

The bathroom smelled a little funny, even after the cleanings. The inside floors were vacuumed but the patio/balcony floors were dirty and they weren't mopped ir swept during cleanings, my toddlers feet were black from playing there but no biggie we washed them off.

Perfect location if you’re traveling for work or pleasure. The space was very generous, I’ve seen larger apartments. Excellent staff and facilities. The breakfasts were also a good option and if you want to mix it up there are many options close by.

Poor coordination between the restaurant upstairs and the front desk. Lots of coordination issues and delays just for a simple breakfast I had before checking out.

Facilities are beautiful, clean and well maintained. Beds are super comfortable and breakfast options are delicious! Customer service is excellent! They go the extra mile providing umbrellas for your use since it does get rainy in the area.

No pool or hot tub but it’s okay since we were out all day. Also, juices are not included in the regular breakfast, note they will be extra $.

The safe box on the room the up scale neighbor convenient store close by. The staff at the hotel say it is open 24 hours the washer and dryer machine do your own laundry at the hotel . Friendly employees the receptionist can offer you shuttle to the airport at a reasonable price and also sell detergent to wash

In the short period of my stay. Less than 12 hours. I didn't notice anything that I may not like.

The room was like a mini apartment. It was huge and comfortable with carpets and curtains. There was a desk for me to use for my laptops. The tub was like a Jacuzzi. I was happy with my stay.

The toilet was clogged on first use and I had to get maintenance to unclog it. Then later on, it would make noise like water was coming back up and released a bad smell.

Breakfast was not included but the boutique restaurant on the 7th floor served excellent food. Excellent location. Best restaurant in San Salvador (La Gastroteca located on the Lobby Floor. Excellent parking underground.

More of a timeshare than a hotel. Full kitchen but one knife, one fork, no plates, two cups for coffee and 2 glasses for water.

Breakfast was no included; there is a small restaurant in the building and I had breakfast there one day, no options, just adequate. Free parking in guarded basement garage. Modern building with earthquake tolerant foundation, which matters since they get a 4 or greater magnitude earthquake every three days and I got mine the first night. Location is excellent, on the good side of town, lots of dining options in the immediate area though one falsified my bill and gave me change in purportedly Salvador dollar coins that turned out to be Guatemalan currency. Rental car agency next door. Intercountry bus service a few blocks west. Surprisingly good archaeological museum a few blocks south. Better value than the Sheraton Presidente which is also quite nice.
