Simplicity of the room, the bathroom was small, no breakfast, u can't pay with Visa/Mastercard, etc, on the restaurant. No fresh food..

We liked the pool and the location. The cleaning staff were very nice.

The air conditioner was smelly should be well cleaned. The single bad was like a folding sun lounger even worse. The bathroom was also smelly and the toilett was leaking. At checking in I decided not paying nearly €100 for parking and reception girl wished me good luck finding a parking place and said if I don't find any I might not be able park at the hotel because it will be too late. The room was far from what we saw on pictures. We were placed on the outer side of the hotel and loud music was playing until midnight every day.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, and responded quickly to any requests we made. It was clean in the rooms and the pool area. Room had a microwave, kettle and toaster and the air conditioner worked well. The shower was hot and had great water pressure. All in all great value for money and great location only 10 min walk to the beach and lots of great options for food all within walking distance. The taxi they arranged too meet us at the airport was reliable and took us back to the airport too (70 lev each way) . There was also two supermarkets right in the building complex which was really useful and a mini fridge to store a few drinks etc. All in all lovely hotel and not too noisy (well the windows kept out any noise.

I would agree with other comments that this is more 3 start than 4 start accommodation, it was good but basic and the mattress and pillows were not as comfortable as I’d expect from a 4 star hotel. The tv was tiny too. Its also true that you had to get up early to put your towels on a sun lounger to get a spot by the pool but I think this would be the same in most places? The cleaning service was mostly to change towels and empty the rubbish, they did not wash or change any of the plates or cups but it was nice to have these provided it just worth noting you might want to grab washing up liquid if you intend to use the crockery.

The staff are great and helpful, especially the reception lady.

The pool area is overcrowded, and it is not fair that people are allowed to place their towels on sunbeds early in the morning and then not use them till the afternoon. The pool area has a lot of rubbish lying around.

We liked that it was very close to the beach and it’s located in the central part of Sunny Beach, out stay was pleasant, the apartment had nice sized rooms with housekeeping available. There was a problem with the hot water during our last day at the hotel and it was fixed very quickly, which we appreciate.

Some of the description of the hotel wasn’t accurate - for example we were looking for a place with a jacuzzi, because our stay was booked for September and the weather isn’t always the best, and since we’re travelling with our toddler son, we really wanted to have this option, so he could have some fun in a warmer water. Instead, we were told that they knew they didn’t offer that option, but they had it listed anyways, so that was definitely disappointing. Also, the sheets weren’t changed when cleaning the room, which in uncomfortable, considering that the hotel’s located in beach resort and the sand is basically everywhere .

The location was good.

The staff weren't very friendly, welcoming or approachable. Everytime we took a shower we would have to spend 30 minutes cleaning the bathroom. It soaked the whole room and all our stuff that we had in there. When we spoke to the receptionist she said it would be checked/fixed . There was no change. We requested another room and our concerns were rudely dismissed. Our room was only cleaned twice in a week and the cleaners would wake us up every morning. Talking so loudly to eachother down the halls it would wake us up. It wasn't very enjoyable.

The swimming pool is huge, the location is very good, the receptionists speak english. We booked 4 months in advance and back then it was cheap.

It is classified as a 4 stars hotel but it is actually a 3 stars property. The room is shabby, things are generally poor quality and there is a general feeling of "nobody cares about the client". The staff is basically absent. Room cleaning is limited to emptying the rubbish bin and, occasionally, changing the towels, there is no standard (our party had two rooms and one had a kettle and the other didn't). The wi-fi connection is a shame. The sunbeds were permanently "occupied" by towels so it was impossible to find one available at any time and nobody cared when we complained.

The cleaners were lovely the other staff were a bit rude

The lift was awful the staff weren't helpful at all and a bit rude. The size of the apartment was great. There was supposed 2 be a continental breakfast every morning but when we went down there was nothing there!

the pool , the rooms is good

the staff is so so so so baaaaad . if the staff is better trust me this hotel can make x4 profits min from what it is making now . the owner of the hotel is bad as hell and very bad behaved
