Very nice atmosphere and located at the mountain with a nature feeling and beautiful view. Staff was great and very helpful, and always available.

The familyroom has two beds for children which are not so comfortable (matras on the floor). Currently a construction at the neighbouring plot is ongoing and a high crane is running during working hours, Charm nature can not help this, it is however little disappointing when you expect to arrive in a nature scenery, a temporary inconvenience.

The fragrance of the rooms is lovely. And the heated pool is exceptional. The food was also delicious and they tailored the menu individually for my young daughter.

There is currently some construction work next door.

Perfectly located between various places of interest whether beaches or towns (that's if you can drag yourself away from the beautiful setting and pool). Only 30 mins drive from Lisbon but in a truly tranquil location. Rooms / apartments command spectacular sea views from where you can watch amazing sunsets. The amazingly helpful and friendly staff are on hand to offer tips and advice and they make the meanest cocktail west of Lisbon! They really make you feel welcome. Probably the best breakfasts we have had anywhere. Local restaurants within walking distance are outstanding and provide a variety of wonderful dishes. Many stay open late so if you do finally drag yourself away from Charm Nature, nothing ever feels rushed. We can't wait to go back.

Can't think of anything negative to say about our stay save that we wished it could gave been longer.

We had a fabulous stay at this lovely hotel. We were there with our 3 month old baby and the staff were lovely with her and very accommodating. The pool is lovely and heated. Breakfasts were superb and our room was lovely and big. There was construction work going on next door but this didn’t disturb our stay. I have read reviews of people complaining about it but it was hardly something the hotel could control!! We will definitely come back and stay again.

Our room was very dark and the bedside light switches were high up on the wall so you have to get up out of bed to use them!

Very clean, well furnished rooms. We got a free room upgrade also. Check in was nice and easy. Staff were incredibly attentive and helpful. Breakfast was waited and had a menu, with some phenomenal food of very good quality. Pool was lovely and the lounging area outside was very spacious and had a beautiful view. There were fantastic hikes in the nearby forest, and is in a great location to enjoy the Sintra-Cascais national park. Some nice lunch and dinner options in the nearby village of Azoia. Good parking available on site. They also held our luggage for us after we checked out so we could go for a walk.

The en-suite has no door in the room we stayed in. Distinct lack of privacy. I like to spend quality time with my significant other, however not like this. There was construction going on nearby which didn’t cause too much bother to us aside from being a bit noisy and an eyesore.

A luxury retreat. Tucked away in the hills with a view of the ocean, a heated infinity pool and the cozy comfort of fireplaces scattered throughout. The rooms are spacious and equipped with in-room soaking tubs and cozy robes to really lean into the relaxing atmosphere. Breakfast was big and tasty! Really enjoyed our stay.

Restaurants were a bit of a walk and not at all our favorite. Note the resort only provides breakfast and has lunch / snacks for puchase but stops serving at 6PM. It's worth noting the resort food was excellent so I hope they eventually expand to a dinner offering :)

I loved the room, the pool and the common areas (with billiards and fireplace). We reached the hotel from Sintra comfortably with the Bus 403 and then we used bicycles (offered by the hotel) and rented a scooter (always with the hotel) to move around nearby. Then we booked an Uber to go back to Sintra. The breakfast is very good, not buffet, but freshly prepared, includes a chia pudding, a savory dish and a dessert, that you can choose from a menu. Very friendly and helpful staff.

For a hotel of this level and with these prices, not offering dinner is a downside (you can order takeaway from a nearby restaurant). Also during breakfast the staff is a bit unprepared and this lengthens the time of service. In our room the bathroom door did not open from the inside, we pointed it out to the staff, but it remained so for the duration of our stay.

The staff were exceptional. The service was straight forward.

The room design - there's no place for clothes. The shower design - the water well overflowed on longer or multiple showers. The shower temprature - mixer tabs with the hot running on to high a temprature (dangerously so)

Wonderful staff, Miguel and Tatiana were very helpful. Beautiful surroundings, very comfortable and classy but not flashy and nicely blended with the local environment. Gorgeous rooms and bar area and lovely pool area with sea views, though it was a bit rainy for us to use!

The mini bar in the room was pretty pricey and it would be nice if they had dinner options on site

The outdoor space of Charm Nature sets you up for relaxation, from the library and breakout area, to the bar and lastly the pool area. The proximity to the national park is a real bonus too, next time we'll head off for a walk then head back to the pool after.

Would have been great to have an outside shower before getting into the pool.
