Beautiful green peaceful environment

Food prices in the hotel were ridiculously expensive, eg a normal burger would cost between 20-25 euro. No free water in the room and you need to also pay for coffee capsules. Service staffs at the breakfast were welcoming and great, not much so elsewhere. Pool is too small given the number of guests.

Wonderful Stay Experience I wanted to take a moment to express my appreciation for the brilliant breakfast and the exceptional service from all the hotel staff. Everyone was extremely polite and friendly, which truly enhanced our experience. We enjoyed everything about our stay, although we did notice that the indoor pool is only accessible to kids from 9:00-11:00 and 15:00-19:00. Aside from that, everything was fantastic! The reception team was incredibly welcoming, and the manager was outstanding as well. Overall, I give a heartfelt 10/10 to the entire team for their excellent service. Thank you for making our stay memorable!

We stayed x9 nights in this calm, clean, friendly place. The staff were kind, helpful, friendly (& although their english is fantastic, they loved that we'd learnt just a smattering of Portuguese before we went). Breakfast was outstanding, inc fresh fruits, cold meats, smoked salmon, cheeses, juices, cereals, granola, yoghurts, eggs, bacon, sausages, many varieties of bread, GF section, diy pancakes and prosecco. The outdoor pool was unheated but once you're in, it's lovely.

The cascais shuttle driver is awful - he goes far too fast over all the speed bumps, so it's an extremely uncomfortable ride around all the other hotels, and he runs to his own timetable, not the one we were given by the hotel. If he's there fifteen minutes early, he leaves fifteen minutes early. We arrived ten minutes before the collection time and stood in pouring rain, waiting. It was twenty minutes before we rang the hotel who told us to 'just get a taxi!'

Fantastic hotel set on a beautiful golf course. The rooms are very well designed and maintained with strong air conditioning. The staff are friendly and polite, and the breakfast is top notch. The management are willing to talk to the guests twice a week at a free drinks reception which is a great engagement piece.

Not much, the refills on the coffee was sporadic and the shower gel wasn’t refilled every time.

Veey comfortable, friendly and welcoming. Hotell was superbly clean and well maintained. Pool area was busy but never felt crowded. Food options were great and tastt. The staff were attentive and very helpful but never overly fussy. We enjoyed, both the outdoor and indoor pools. The golf course was also in fantastic condition despite what other reviews have said and well worth a round if you play golf. I play a lot of gokf in scotlabd and the greens were easily as good as premium courses ive played this year. Wish i couldve played it more. We will definitely stay again and for longer.

Beautiful room, great bed, very friendly staff, lovely pool and common areas were very clean

Unfortunately our room was not that clean when we arrived. Breakfast was nice, especially the fruits but poor choice of cereals and no fresh items to order except eggs benedict which was an additional €8. Lunch service in the bar was very poor and quite overpriced. There were a lot of little additional charges such as the shuttle bus to the centre and the kids club was also extra plus you needed to buy special socks there for the kids to use the kids club

The room was spotless clean, spacious and well decorated, with a nice bathroom including carefully done amenities. The beds were also very comfortable. We have enjoyed the breakfast and dinner there, among with some drinks at the bar. The pool and area around the hotel is lovely, great for a stroll and for enjoying the nature, the birds and animals we have the chance to see. For people which do not play golf, or is willing to start, it is a nice experience to go and try their Driving Range. The staff is also very attentive and nice.

Unfortunately, we had two problems: one, with our drinks. My dry Martini had a spoiled olive, which I believe it was overlooked. Of course the drink has been replaced, but this is not supposed to happen on a 5-star hotel. Second, we have changed hotels for the second night, going to their hotel on the other side of the golf court. Our luggage was delayed several hours, and we could not enter the room as it was expected and told, that the staff would pick our luggage and deliver seamlessly to the other property. Despite the problems, we had an overall pleasant experience and would come back.

An excellent hotel if you are planning to play golf. We do not play golf and book the hotel just to meet old time friends who came from Mauritius to play golf over the following week. Breakfast very good, many options, excellent service. The hotel external restaurant was very good: good meals and excellent service. Hotel provides a free shuttle to drive you to this restaurant.

You need to be careful when taking a shower; the hand head may spill water all over the place. We could see that the door lateral was already damaged for water exposure over a long time.

We loved the location and the free shuttles, all the staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was excellent. The service great. We decided to upgrade to a suite for extra space and so glad we did as we go a wonderful view. The prices were a little high but to be expected for on site food and drink. Even though the hotel is on a golf course, it didn’t feel as though that was their main focus which was nice.

Maybe a better kids pool outside and a little warmer. Our children preferred the indoor spa pool which isn’t really aimed at children.

The ambience and calmness in the hotel was just what we needed after a busy week with family further north in Portugal. The location was excellent for visiting Sintra, Cascais and Lisbon. Breakfast was delicious. Steak dinner in the bar listening to Luis playing the piano and hearing his stories of Estoril Casino and Tom Jones, Frank Sinatra and Shirley Bassey.
