The staff were so lovely - from the moment we checked in, they were incredibly helpful, welcoming, and friendly. As a family traveling with two young kids, this makes a huge difference. The rooms had modern decor, were well-maintained and cleaned every day. We had everything we needed and were very comfortable. The location is peaceful and the amenities on-site were great (restaurant, grocery, cafe, etc.).

There are lots of dogs on the property - we love dogs so we didn't mind this at all. However, there was a fair amount of dog poop on the grounds, which our child stepped in while exploring. It might be nice to have a couple discrete bins around.

Excellent location situated in exclusivist Casicais area, easy to reach city, beaches, etc. Quite area, villa is equipped will all you need. Restaurant, cafeteria and bakery, gym club, all you need in a nice living environment.

It was asked to give the credit card details, no matter the everything was paid in advance through booking. Also, in the first day the trash was left in the front of the villa for the whole day by the cleaning personnel, that we didn’t understood it was not one of the house rule. Strange …

One of the nicest places I have stayed the vila was so comfortable and spacious and loved the decor. The vila was well equipped with everything you need in the kitchen utensils fridge freezer, dish washer, cooker. The pool area is great my daughter just loved it! Very well maintained. There is a wonderful coffee shop on site with a bakery serving fresh bread and pastery! Overall a great facility and very safe with 24hr security on the man entrance I most certainly will be back. The main area of cascauis is a 40 min walk but uber and bolt are around 4-5 euro

Nothing really may be a better hairdryer, but that is all.

The room location was close to Cascais and Lisbon, We liked the quiet location near all the action and activities, but far enough away that it was quiet and peaceful the grounds were kept very well and if you like patio seating in the morning with coffee the patio was exceptional.

We couldn't get the television to work, and the bathroom was a little concerning getting into the tub with the tile being wet was hazardous, additionally, there are many items that you can hit your head on. The bathroom really needs an update. If you are elderly and have a hard time with balance, I wouldn't stay here. Additionally they only provide 2 pods for coffee and require you to buy at the grocer next door, which was kind of a waste as we were only staying for 2 days. I purchased an entire box and left the rest of it.

We had a great experience at Vila Bicuda, the apartment is fully equiped and the staff (reception and housekeeping) were very friendly. The swimming-pools are also very enjoyable, we had a great time there with our 3 years old son! The pastry shop (pastelaria) has a great choice and the supermaket is very convenient too!

No plugs (except USB) near the bed so I had to charge my phone far from it, just a detail but sometimes annoying. The hotel should have a rule for guests not to reserve sun beds by the pool, I was once sitting next to one that was "reserved" for 3 hours and nobody used it.

We had a meal in the resort restaurant which was very nice. Unfortunately we had a 4 month baby with us so we couldn't really enjoy the full range of the menu. The shop had all the basic things you could need and the bakery/coffee shop was excellent.

We didn't really have time to explore the area as we were there for only 3 days to attend a family wedding so didn't find any faults. We used Uber for transport but there is a local bus service because the resort is quite a way from Cascais proper but we knew that so it's not really a criticism.

The place was well maintained and quiet. The cleaning staff were excellent. Very nice pool. Location was good. Appreciated having a bakery, restaurant, and market on the property. Used all 3 of those and the staff were all friendly and provided good food and services.

The literature about the facility said that they would help with bike rentals. That was not the case. They just referred you to the train station. It would be nice if they did help out with excursions and activities for their guest if it's requested.

Beautiful resort with 2 pool areas, restaurant, cafe and minimarket. Well maintained, in a bit of a secluded area but with a 15min taxi to the center. Own kitchen in the room. A really beautiful and spacious room.

No soundproofing in the rooms. We could e.g. hear the next door neighbor’s alarm as they got up, heard them discuss their upcoming day and could hear their every move. We also woke up to anyone moving in the corridor as the frontdoor had literally no isolation between the door and the frames - we could even see into the corridor through the sides of the door.

The space in the 3 bed villa was super, a very high standard of accommodation and the staff work extremely hard to ensure the rooms and the grounds are in the best condition. We travelled as a family of 8 and my niece turned 5 on the day we arrived and without asking, presumably by looking at the passport details, they dropped off a gorgeous gift to her to the villa! She was absolutely delighted with herself and it made her day! The rooms are fantastic, everything you could need for a wonderful family trip and the bakery on site is amazing! The pools in this property are fabulous and we all went in for a swim, despite it being very cold in Kate March!

To be honest, everything was super, I can’t fault anything in this resort!

the house was excelent, properly furnished with good taste and sparkling clean. The gardens are well maintained, and the facilities are in mint condition (swimming pools, resourt roads, etc). The staff is very useful and very welcoming. the hotel has all the facilities, supermarkets, hair dressers, restaurants, bakery, laundry, etc. Internet access is stable. The location is great, close to all the landmarks in Cascais and Sintra and close to the sea.

The internet access is stable, but the 30mbps are not enough for remote work for a couple. The bathroom had everything working, but it's a bit dated comparing with the rest of the house.
