Large car park, small balcony in room, modern bathroom with large shower, very convenient location, close to the motorway. Good steak and chips in the cafe/restaurant.

Mattress and pillows a little hard for our liking.

Ambiance, staff , facilities and location - reasonable price was a plus! Enjoyed a convivial evening with good food.

My friends found the road noise a bit annoying as their room was on the side closest to the traffic, although - having stayed at the hotel many times before - I had requested rooms on the reception side of the hotel, ( my room was on the quieter side) Also, being on the ground floor there was a bath and the shower attachment did not work, at 71 years old, and with no assistance handle I did not feel confident to use the bath being alone. However, none of these concerns would stop me from returning.

We have stayed at this hotel a few times over several years, driving from the south of Spain to Belgium and back, and have always been very happy with our stay. The hotel is very easy to reach from the highway, just a couple of minutes off the road, and offers good quality services for a very reasonable price. The comfort is pretty basic, but provides everything necessary for a good night rest and a good start of your next day travel. Clean room and comfortable bed, free parking in a lovely park and an excellent breakfast. Also, the reception is very friendly and helpful, always facilitating our late night arrival and registration. I can only say a big thank you for the great service and highly recommend the hotel :)!

Super clean, convenient to the motorway. If you're en route, this is great. Not a super long-stay place because of lacking nearby facilities (the gas-station is nearby, but don't think of getting any snacks after 21:00). If you had the munchies later, there were 24/7 vending machines for your 2€ bottle of water.

1/2 of the rooms face the motorway, and, well, you get the idea...you'll hear the motorway. & the lorries from Poland run through all night long. Also, the walls were really thin. I heard all manner of noises from my neighbors, such as luggage opening and coughing. Both items make for a not-great situation for those of you out there who are light sleepers. Surprisingly for Spain, the dining options closed up at 23:00 - even over the weekend. The room was pretty basic. No coffee/tea in-room, though there was a mini-fridge in room. I skipped the buffet because it seemed pretty basic for the price. Food for breakfast was equally pricey, relative to elsewhere in nearby Spain. Not sure the value for money proposition is great, but there is a lack of choices in this area.

From the outside the hotel looks amazing, , could easily pass for a 4 star , your opinion doesn’t change as you enter the large beautifully decorated reception, staff friendly and pleasant . Your eyes are drawn to the restaurant where we ate after checking in , very good prices plenty of options . Our room was again incredible the bathroom beautifully done up , like new . The furniture in our room was well kept , large tv screen even a veranda, all for €45 , we had to get away early otherwise would have stayed for breakfast. Such a a contrast to where we stayed in France the night before.

I cannot think of anything we were unhappy with.

Paid 36 euros for large double ensuite with decent bed and fixtures/fittings (stopover en route) Not sure better value could have been found and actually quite extraordinary these days. Receptionists helpful.

Food in bar/cafe nothing to write hone about and our service was a bit dodgy. However, it was open and available for at least something after a long journey.

I booked this room for an overnight stay on route to the ferry and I’d never used the hotel before. Amazingly when I booked it the price was only €34 plus €18 for my dog for one night which I thought was a very good price so I wasn’t expecting a lot. I was so happy to see the hotel was immaculately clean and the beds and pillows were so comfortable. I’d requested an extra large king size bed when I booked and when I walked into the room there were two singles but then I realised that there was an additional room with a huge king size bed for the price I paid this was super value and there was a huge bathroom with bath and shower. We visited the bar and the service was excellent even though the bar was full and we had a coffee and croissant for breakfast but the full English breakfast looked great too. The attitude of the staff was excellent couldn’t do enough to help and there was a huge car park which was free of charge so I will definitely use this hotel again and would highly recommend it to other travellers.

Spacious room. We were able to park directly outside the hotel in a disabled space which was good for access.

I stated on booking that my husband was disabled but although the room was on the ground floor the facilities within the room did not accommodate adequately a disabled person, ie shower in the bath, low toilet, no hand rails. There was road noise from outside, and it became noisy in the room from other guests slamming doors, and we could hear the toilet flushing in the room above. On check in the receptionist said to me " OK lady" which is not the correct terminology to use for English guests, I found this quite an unusual phrase to use. The beds were quite firm and would benefit from a mattress topper.

Big rooms with huge beds and a large, clean bathroom. The staff was efficient, and the food at the restaurant was of good quality and very well priced. The restaurant staff were especially friendly and accommodating. There are a few bars and eateries in the area, but not much outside of the hotel.

We had a van and were coming from the French side. To access the hotel you need to pass under the motorway but it wasn't until we reached the bridge was there a warning that there was a 2.2m height limit, reversing out and finding an alternate entrace wasn't a lot of fun. I have seen other comments about the strange smell, and our room 118, did have a musty/cabbage like smell that seemed to be coming from the bathroom. Wasn't too bad if you kept the door closed, but there might be an issue with rooms on that side of the hotel. It's wasn't very string, but you noticed it coming back to your room.
