Staff were really helpful and accommodating. Great location and really comfortable beds.

Considering it was such a large hotel, we were surprised to be put in a room that was overlooked by the building site (which we know they can't do anything about). They weren't too disturbing but a little unsettling.

Amazing location and modern hotel with beautiful character - every aspect was well thought through and the staff was super helpful and friendly at all times. Definitely will recommend to friends and family

close to perfection, apart from the building works next door which resulted in some building noise even on a Saturday and Sunday - not too intrusive, but kept windows closed

Modern, clean

Drilling and hammering noise from building works next door - started 8:20am Saturday morning. Would have appreciated a heads up from reception to know to expect it in the morning

Suite modern spacious and quiet given central position opposite Cathedral. Lots of luxury touches and good bathroom.

Could do with more effective bedside reading lights and overhead lights related to the central switch at the door. Too many individual 'mood' lights. (But loved the 'smart' toilet doubling as a night light!!) Gym floor space too small for any mat work - even by just one person) - without bumping into the bigger equipment. Maybe get rid of the sauna and expand the gym? Posh restaurant expensive compared to alternatives in foodie San Sebastian.

Great location, close to restaurants and shops and a 10min walk to old town between the river and the beach. All the beaches are lovely. The hotel is in a beautiful building and staff were all really friendly. The rooms were well equipped with a coffee machine - additional capsules would be good without requesting. A lovely limited but complimentary mini bar which was a nice touch. The beds was comfy and bathroom lovely and spacious - the addition of a Dyson hair dryer was great. The attached restaurant was really nice, with some lovely dishes. Breakfast is expensive and would be better if included. San Sebastián is a fabulous place

Slight noise from the building work next door, but will be fine when finished & breakfast not being included as standard

We had a wonderful stay! The space is clean and nicely decorated/styled. The location was absolutely perfect in that it was not in the center of the hustle and bustle of the old town, but close enough to not feel like it was a hassle to get to, and very close to the main bus station, which was very nice for all of the day trips we went on while in San Seb. The staff was incredibly helpful, too! I loved that narru was right downstairs, too. The restaurant was decent, but what I really loved was their bar seating and menu. It was honestly better than the pintxos you’d get in the old town.

Everything was perfect. The one thing was that it is a bit on the pricier end, but I guess in the end it’s with what you’re paying for.

Splendid location close to the cathedral. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Valet parking services was excellent. Our 5th floor room had skylights and was bright and airy. Comfortable bed and good bathroom. Breakfast was a la carte so only ordered what you want.

The hotel is in a low emission zone so you need to have registered your vehicle with the local council. We did not know this but the hotel organised it all for us when we arrived. Otherwise perfect.

Firstly it is in the perfect location, right in the middle of things but a short walk to the beach and everything else, it’s also right near a car park. It’s a very unique and very stylish, modern hotel set in a restored 19th century building. We paid for an upgrade to an attic suite room which was absolutely amazing.. the most comfortable bed, a mezzanine bedroom floor, great facilities and beautiful bathroom! The restaurant and bar areas attached to the hotel called Narru are lovely, great atmosphere and food - but the food in the restaurant is absolutely incredible! You have to experience this ! Staff are wonderful.. what more can we say - highly recommended

It’s not the cheapest and the standard rooms are on the small side

Staff was absolutely impeccable, helped us with everything, were clear with guidance and the valet even placed on our bags in the car trunk around the time we expected to come back to the hotel, after check out (they store luggage too). Extremely clean, the room is very well thought out (there's some noise from other guests, but in some cases there's a second door in corner rooms that could be closed for additional separation). Great bathroom, comfortable bed, shower wasn't as strong in water flow, but still good and relaxing. Excellent breakfast, it might seem like a limited buffet at first, but the bread, croissant, cheese and charcuterie are excellent, and the eggs, yogurt, fruit mix and granola are the best we've had in Spain (as Brazilians, we're very picky about fruit). Location was very good, close to the old town and beach. Although parking is somewhat pricey, the valet team is very good and the garage is very close by (5 minute walk to the San Martin gallery, plus elevators to the lower levels).

No full-body mirror in the room. There's construction work ongoing in one of the streets in front of it, and inside a building next to it. We didn't have an issue sleeping on the 2nd floor, but we could hear the work in the building (not the one in the street), and could've been advised beforehand by the hotel.

Beautiful junior suite. So tasteful and large, with such amazing attention to detail. A loo where the bowl lights at night so you can have a oee without having to turn a light on. A Dyson hairdryer with diffuser, which is amazing as a curly haired girl. Great location. I could have stayed.

The restaurant was a bit ‘precious’. We tried to eat there, but were just rudely told that there were no tables, yet it seemed empty and we were prepared to just have a bar snack. We couldn’t find how to have room service either and it was one of those nights where we need to eat without drama or going far. Disappointing.
