The staff was beyond helpful. Each staff member was extremely friendly and pleasant! Everyone especially the front desk attendant from Saturday and Sunday morning and the waitresses from Saturday and Sunday morning and evening!

The sofa bed mattress was horrible, the mattress was busted and the inside material was brown. I had to request extra linen to have my son feel comfortable. I had maintenance take a look and I was told a new sofa bed would need to be purchased the mattress was unable to be changed.

Property was good - clean, well staffed, and friendly.

Breakfast bar for $12 was no different than any other hotel would offer - hot food offering was powder scrambled eggs and bacon/turkey sausage. No oatmeal except instant, all the rest is exactly what I’d expect as a breakfast included in my room charge, not an additional charge. This was my only disappointment - next day I went out for a decent breakfast (there was a nice brunch restaurant across the street) where the value is far better and the quality of food way better.

We left shortly before checkout and I saw the housekeepers in the hallway, we didn’t even get to the stop light and I realized I forgot my jewelry box that had over $1200 worth of jewelry in it. We turned around and the housekeeper was waiting for the elevator when I stepped off to take it to the front desk! I was so thankful, I thanked her like 10 times. Good honest people.

The beer could have been colder at the hotel bar. And change the oil that the pork tenderloins are fried in.

Rude customer service and Hotel kept charging my debit card and could not tell me why because they claim they could not see the charges on their side. When I showed them the charges they advised to dispute with bank. They got frustruated because I wanted to know why there were charges from the hotel and they could not explain. I was told they could not help me and refused to discuss. Lara in customer service is very rude and appeared to be racist. I did not see her talking to anyone else like that.

The front desk staff sent a text to my phone after check in to make sure everything with the room was good. I really thought that was a nice gesture.

My only complaint is that there is no free breakfast. Most hotels (even cheap low budget places) provide a free breakfast. The food was good but as we were eating, several people came to the dining area thinking the same thing.

The staff was helpful and friendly. The rooms had comfortable beds and full size pillows. We were in town for a concert downtown and this was only 15-20 minutes away. We had a comfortable overnight stay. Breakfast wasn't included in our rate and we chose not to eat there so cannot comment on that.

Even a distance from downtown, the prices were elevated due to the concerts and conventions going on. The only complaint about the room was that the carpeted floors felt sticky. That was definitely a disappointment.

The ladies at check in & check out (Elizabeth & Laura) were amazing excellent service. I paid for meals to be included and verified with them (breakfest) but when we went down to get some of the continental breakfast was told we had to pay. Even after insisting it was included. I (Debbie who reserved the room) had to go down with family to insist they (grill staff) were wrong. I understand staff was new but to basically te) us we were lying was inappropriate. Very grateful to Laura for making sure all was made right, the waitress apologized.

Asked for late checkout and was able to get a late checkout. Although the front desk didn’t tell the cleaning staff and they tried to enter our room around the original checkout time we called the front desk and they recognized their mistake and we were able to checkout later!

I loved everything, the staff was friendly, the location had a lot around it to visit, the room was clean, the room was big and spacious.

The Jacuzzi has some small cracks so when you stepped in you felt leftover water come up, the weekend price was a little pricey for it all.
