The room was very spacious for a family of 5. The amenities were great. The breakfast was delicious 😋. This hotel was the cleanest I've ever visited!

The parking garage was expensive and the ticket machine did not work. They explained they were having issues with it but it was an inconvenience to have to wait for hotel staff to come out to the ticket machine (manual override)to let me out of the garage every time I needed to leave. But I will say they were pleasant and friendly every time they came out.

Very large spacious room. Full size kitchen. Very modern. Great place to stay for an extended time. It was very clean. The little store was nice . I wish there was a restaurant on the premises. It was nice that breakfast came with the room. Love that there was no carpet! Nice pool even though I did not use it.

I love staying here when in town doing things with my daughter who is a student at IUPUI.

The back patio is in need of consistent cleaning. Such a beautiful space, but neglected. The new valet parking system is not one that I enjoy with prepaying. If I choose or have to depart early nobody seemed to know how I would be reimbursed. I was daily pressured to pay in advance. The reception desk needs 2 people, many times there were no staff available to assist if you chose to get something from the coolers that are locked with drinks to purchase.

Clean, comfortable, well situated to walk downtown, and close to IU Indy

Room was delayed when we got there, but ready within 20 minutes. A maintenance person came to fix a curtain rod within minutes of entering the room, he said he fixed it and left, but we found the broken one in our bedroom area after he left, so it was not fixed. I did report it to desk staff upon checkout.

Nice double room overlooking the canal. Very close to IU Indy. Breakfast adequate, kitchenette very small with a hot plate, large microwave and fridge plus dishwasher. There seemed to be a shortage in the hotel if forks, only plastic in breakfast and none in our room.

The aircon was extremely loud in our room.

The location was amazing and staff was very kind! The booking and check-in process was very easy. The rooms were very nice and had a nice view of the downtown canal.

The parking was a little confusing, it said on the hotel page that parking was included but ended up needing to pay since their parking is through a third party, that would have been great to know in advance.

The breakfast was amazing & we enjoyed the room. The hotel was clean and the staff we interacted with were all very helpful and polite.

I did not like having to to use valet. It wasn’t a bad experience, just something new I wasn’t aware of before booking. Also the people next door were very loud, security came and knocked on their door at about 1AM, they did not answer nor did they quiet down.

Very well located, staff was super efficient and courteous, property is well maintained and Breakfast was good.

Breakfast tends to get busy and there is no place to sit for several guests. Perhaps they should increase the breakfast hours or figure out additional seating

The breakfast was good. Also the hotel is in a good location. Walking distance to TJ Max and some other shops.

Nothing, but close to the initial room that I had was the building airconditioner and it a loud noise. I know there is nothing the hotel can do about it but the noise was a bit much. After I alerted the staff, the maintenance person came and then I was moved to a different room.

It was beautiful but the valet parking drop off was terrible considering the volume of people checking in. The turn around approach coming off a major street didn’t work well.

See above. They also didn’t have adequate capacity to feed the number of people breakfast due to the patron numbers in town for a major event.
