Everyone I spoke with was super friendly & helpful, especially considering I work odd hours & was at the front desk at weird times. Super convenient location & the room was comfortable.

I would have given them a 10/10 but there wasn’t a microwave in the room, and self-park was still $42 a night.

The breakfast, the game room where we could play test games we get from gen con. There was not a downside to this location. I am planning on returning next year.

I couldn't get my xbox to connect to the internet, but it wasn't really a big deal. There wasn't anything else I could complain about.

The walk from the lobby elevators to the Hampton inn side of the hotel was a longer than usual walk. Elevators on Hampton inn side takes you to parking garage

Clean rooms

Parking. If you are staying there and pay for parking at check in you should always be guaranteed a parking spot for the length of stay. You should not have to worry everytime you need to leave the hotel that you may not have a parking spot when you get back. There is no other close parking around there either.

Nice hotel and great location downtown to access any activities in Indianapolis.

We were really excited to see our floor had a breakfast area but was not opened on Saturday morning. The lobby needs a larger breakfast seating area. We had to take our breakfast back to our room.

The breakfast was okay; nothing exceptional, but fresh and decent. I expected the breakfast area to be crowded, but it wasn't - I never had a problem finding a seat. My room faced IUPUI, which was unexpectedly nice, with two broad green lawns. I had read some reviews that said parking was a problem, but when I went there was a brand new parking deck, with plenty of space. It was about 1/2 mile to the convention center, which provided a nice healthy walk morning and evening.

I was there for GenCon, so prices were bumped up. It was very expensive for a Hampton Inn.

The room, the location, the staff were helpful. The wine and whiskey happy hour was nice

The breakfast was pretty sparse. They ran out of orange juice on my second day and did not get any more for the remaining days.

Location to convention center was a 16 minute walk. Next to the canal and close to a Kroger. Safe, clean area. Lobby was very comfortable. We did not eat breakfast but the set up looked good. Staff friendly. Held our luggage at checkout since we had a volleyball tournament to finish.

We had a very large group and the facility had breakfast on two floors! It was very convenient.

Nicely located on the canal which was lovely for taking a stroll. The room was clean and tidy with nice amenities from Neutrogena.Staff was helpful and responsive to requests. Easy walk to the Eiteljorg Museum which was the reason for our visit.

There was an unbacked rug on each side of the bed which was nice on the feet but they slipped the minute they were stepped on. This could be a fall hazard for many. There were no glasses in the room, plastic or glass, but the front desk helped out. Finally, the blanket on the bed was a mattress pad that was no longer useful as a mattress pad?!! Parking was very difficult and overcrowded and very expensive.
