What a wonderful hotel, the Rooms, Spa Facilities and Food exceeded our expectations and the staff consistently went the extra mile. The rooms and location were superb, short drive from Treviso and Venice. The Spa facilities and treatments were excellent. You can book the Spa exclusively for the family depending on availability. The staff always greeted us with a smile, genuinely willing to help and surprised our daughter with wonderful birthday cake. The breakfast is one of the best I have had in a European Hotel. Great place to stay, unwind and indulge. Will be definitely going back to stay!!

Had to wait 20 mins to check in at reception. One person only on desk and some stupid woman flirting ,took for ever ref questions etc. Not impressed with the wait time Had the fish combination dish,no sign of any Thai flavours or influence.No pasta or spaghetti came with it,which would have made the dish. Very disappointed in the lack of Thai dishes on the menu. Waitress had very poor English,did not understand my questions. Not the menu of 3 years ago when I last stayed

I recommend staying here, especially if you want to relax and enjoy some quality time. We had a problem with the air conditioning initially, but the staff was kind enough and helped us, giving us another room to stay in. The view was amazing, rooms were spacious, quiet area and all the staff was great.

A little bit difficult to use the bus in this area, especially in the weekends or at night, but you can always call a taxi. If you have a car, then you won’t find any inconvenience regarding this matter.

Our stay was enhanced by the lake view, spacious room, comfortable bed, and reasonable Wi-Fi connectivity. These factors combined to create a positive and enjoyable experience.

Dinner and breakfast: The waitress service at the restaurant, was very bad. We experienced delays and a lack of attentiveness. Our experience at the restaurant was marred by poor service, long waiting times, mistakes in our order, and a disappointing beverage service. These factors combined to create a less than satisfactory dining/ breakfast experience.

Thai Si is in a beautiful location. The hotel is clean and the service is very good. We will definitely return!

Book your massage/spa treatment in advance! There wasn't anything available that worked for our schedule, but I didn't book well in advance.

I loved the lake view from the room. The spa was amazing amd worth every penny.

We went to the restaurant for dinner and sat outside. No one ever came to get our order. We went to the bar to place a drink order and let them know no one had taken our dinner order. We finished our drinks and still had no food. It was a full 1.5 hours after we sat down before we got our first course. After we finished that and got to our second hour of being there with still no second course, we left. Our hostess was sweet and apologized, but it was after 10pm and we barely ate anything.

Very large room with a lovely bathroom. Good TV, very clean and nice food in the restaurant that was tasty and good value.

Some of the things listed as included on booking.com were not in the room. We should have had a mini bar but we didn't. There should have been dressing gowns and booking.com said there was wine or prosciutto in the room which I found hard to believe. None of these were there which wasn't a problem really but we would really have appreciated a bottle of water because despite the air conditioning it was quite warm and could have done with a drink.

Room was spacious , clean and fresh, staff very friendly and helpful, breakfast was plentiful and tasty. Very beautiful setting beside the lake. lots of parking.

Very comfortable, spacious, extremely clean and beautiful hotel in a peaceful place. The breakfast is homemade by a chef Marinella, who is super sympathetic and cooks high variety of very delicious meals. Highly recommended.
