Location. Close to everything. Nice Italian breakfast/bakery close by. Short walk to the beach where chairs and umbrellas were already set up for rent. Keyless entry was so convenient. Ac was/were working fine. Beach towels provided. Generally clean except for the roach that welcomed us. Parking included. Has pool with cabana, but no jacuzzi.

Cockroach. Pull out bed was not comfortable to sleep on. Not enough cushion, the springs were poking hard. It has the basics that we needed, except for a wine bottle opener. We didn't get response to inquiries after check in. The mirror in the bathroom fell off while we were away.

What is not to like about Upham Beach Inn! Absolutely the best property I have stayed at in St Pete Beach and I am a frequent visitor, live in FL. This will be my families go to from here forward! Though it is not directly on the beach it is literally 1 block.... no worries they provide each room with a large beach wagon to carry your things to and from. This property truly thought of everything! A beautiful, immaculate, very comfortable property from start to finish ..kudos to the owners!

Pool, grill, beach equipment, umbrella for the tables, cabana could have used a couple more chairs. Number 6 was spacious enough. TV’s and air conditioners worked.

washer and dryer wasn’t working when we needed it. Shower drain was plugged up, no table and chairs to play cards in 6. Could have used a few more things in the kitchens.

At first I was a little nervous about the remote connection with the staff. However all my questions were responded too. Also a cousin wanted to stop by and see us. The manager said sure, park in the office parking space. Very gracious of them and accommodating. She said if she and her bf decide to stay out by the beach she would definitely come there.

Ate at Ricks and the beach hut. Convenient and reasonably priced.

Our shower didn’t drain initially but was working after one phone call. Laundry room was out of order throughout our stay.

The location was great. The beach was a block away, there were tons of restaurants, bars and ice cream shops within walking distance. I loved that they provided two beach towels and a locker with beach supplies.

The location was great and the space was clean and cozy! We really like our experience here.

Location was stellar, the apartment was perfect for what we needed. We watched TV, we went to the beach, we had everything we needed at our disposal.

Only thing I didnt like was the bathroom wasnt as clean as I wouldve liked. I suggest fabric curtain liners, so they can be washed after every guest. Everything else was clean as a whistle!
