When you first walk in it takes your breath away. It is so fancy. It was exceptionally clean, and the room was huge for a hotel. The bed was so soft, and the bathroom was huge, and had bottles of soap shampoo, and conditioner in the shower. The staff were so friendly and kind, and they even let us stay till after one o'clock to check out and did not charge a fee. It was so close to the OU physician building, and the VA Hospital so we didn't have to travel too far and deal with traffic. It was a really great experience. We will be back.

The only thing I didn't like was the view from our living room windows. It was the top of the building and that is all you could see, but that is the only thing I can say I didn't like.

Everything, it was so beautiful and relaxing, we been to the Embassy Suites in Norman, and it was absolutely 💯 perfect, then we went to the one in OKC, Ok. and it wasn't what we was expecting at all, all the kids got sick because the pool was slimmy and nasty and other people's kids was running up n down the hallway screaming and knocking on the doors and would take off running. So we decided to try this one, and it was above and beyond expectations. Breakfast was amazing. The bed was so comfortable, and the cleanliness of the whole place , including the rooms, was SPOT on. Thank you, Embassy, for an amazing stay till next time....

I didn't like the fact they didn't have biscuits and gravy with the breakfast, but that's it. Everything else was absolutely perfect

Beautiful, very clean, happy hour meet n greet 5:30-7 with apps and 1 “free” drink, just down the street from OU hospital medical center. The apps were good and the food from their restaurant looked as well. It was very quiet. Stayed on the 6th floor.

They CHARGE for parking!! I understand if I am not a guest paying for a room but if you stay there ?? I thought the woman that checked me in said it would come off at the end as a credit. Well, It didn’t.

The location was great. I loved that they had a happy hour for all the guests. The breakfast was great as well. Staff was very friendly and knowledgeable of the hotel and location.

The room was a little bit small and the shower leaked water every time we would use it.

Breakfast, all the amenities and the friendly faces. Always a favorite spot of ours, accommodates our family of 4 with 2 babies very well.

Paying for parking when you paid for a room , the hotel has a huge parking lot, plenty of space. Parking should come with room rate. Only pay if you have more than one car.

The stay was excellent. The majority of the staff was great. My wife had an accidental fall in an elevator. I told the front staff a gentleman, and he was very un apologetic he went to the elevator and said he only saw 2 drops of water. Besides that that incident the stay was great.

I never got to eat breakfast, had to be at the hospital early.

There wasn’t anything I didn’t like. I only thing was I checked out on Thursday and paid for Thursday night, is there anyway to be refunded for the extra night I didn’t use?

The breakfast was really good. I enjoyed the complimentary happy hour. There is restaurant and bar located in the hotel with good reasonable prices. Most of the hotel staff was nice. Dan at the front desk was really helpful.

The young ladies at the front desk upon my arrival were not friendly at all. My room was clean other than the fact that it wasn’t vacuumed.

Everything! Great breakfast made to order eggs, in the evening they have a reception with hummus and home made pita chips, fruit, and you get 2 cocktails from 5:30- 7

If I had to say anything the towels are soft but gets the job done.
