we liked that it was just outside Central Rome, which meant that at the end of the day had quiet time to relax and taking the events. We also liked that it had its own private balcony. We like that it had an air-conditioner. We liked that it had a kitchenette and mini fridge. The staff were also very accommodating and on hand to help us with any questions and queries. it was also very close to a supermarket – which is really good.

The Wi-Fi signal to our apartment was very weak – and was only usable if you were in the bathroom. I’ll suggest getting a few more boosters and making sure that the Wi-Fi extends all the way to the entrance of the property.

The Room was cozy, clean and modern. The building floors were also nice. Hotel manager was very kind and helpful. We used self check-in as we arrived late to the property. Instructions have been shared with us how to enter the building, which locker has our key and a code to open the box. Everything went smooth. I highly recommend to arrive to the hotel before 21:00 CEST so that you can comfortably visit one of the restaurants nearby. There is a perfect coffee bar a street away to start the day with a coffee and fresh pastries. There are also a few very nice restaurants with delicious local food in walking distance.

Location is a bit far away with public transport from the city centre. Tram line is out of order due to maintenance work in whole July, thus expect bus rides approx. 40 min. - this is not the property 's fault of course. There was very hot during our stay and it was hard to cool down the apartment. Unfortunately our AC broke down for half a day due to unknown reasons, thus giving us a hard time to sleep in the hot room on our last night. However it was working again the next morning. Plus information: Expect delays in public transport. Always look for multiple bus numbers to reach your destination as G maps may mislead / trick you. Download Rome public transport app to verify available bus / metro lines and stations for your trip, so that you can navigate to these spots using G maps.

Our stay was wonderful – the apartment was spotless, well-organized, and very spacious, offering everything we needed for a comfortable visit. We were warmly welcomed by Armando, who was exceptionally helpful, friendly, and kind. His hospitality truly made us feel at home.

The only downside was the distance from the city center and the nearest tram stop. While it was possible to use a nearby bus, it required several transfers, which made getting around a bit less convenient. That said, the neighborhood itself was beautiful – a well-maintained, spacious residential area with a peaceful atmosphere – just unfortunately a little too far out for our taste.

We absolutely loved our stay! The quiet neighborhood provided a welcome retreat after busy days exploring Rome. The room itself was excellent, and the location was conveniently close to a bus station. A pleasant 15-minute walk also took us to a tram stop with a direct line to the heart of Rome, Piazza Venezia. We particularly enjoyed starting our mornings at the lovely TreCafe nearby, and the proximity of both a Carrefour Express and a convenient small neighborhood shop made everyday necessities easy to access. We also particularly appreciated the thoughtful addition of a small kitchenette, fully equipped with an electric stove, a small fridge (but surprisingly spacious!), utensils, plates, a microwave, and even a hood to keep the space fresh while cooking. Wine glasses and a wine opener were also provided – essentially everything needed to prepare and store your own food and drinks, from a simple pasta dish to anything you might fancy. While we didn't cook during our stay, this self-catering option is a fantastic bonus for guests who prefer it, especially given the apartment-style layout of the room. Overall, after each day of visiting and walking throughout the amazing and busy narrow streets of Rome, this quiet and nice place to rest is all you need, and this place provides just that. We loved it so much that we're already planning a return visit. Now that we're familiar with the neighborhood and know everything is just right..

We genuinely loved our stay! The only very small point for consideration would be the shower. The large, fixed shower head meant it was difficult to avoid getting completely wet. A supplementary, handheld shower head could offer more flexibility for washing without fully wetting hair, which would be particularly useful for some guests.

Armando welcomed us and checked us in and gave good information regarding stores in the area and eateries. Also the use of the busses and the 2 day bus pass which was very useful and inexpensive. Check out is at 10am, we told them that the car service was not going to arrive until 11a, they allowed us to stay in the room for the extra hour.

The office was supposed to be open at 9am, we had a question to ask but no one was there which was annoying. We figured out what we needed by ourselves.

The room was clean and nice overall. There was a misunderstanding where the key to the room was not placed in the lock in which it was supposed to be. The receptionist was really helpful and friendly. She provided us with a lot of useful information about the city and how to move. On the other hand, the room keepers were not really discreet. It was like they forced us to leave earlier than the checkout time we had on our plan, while we had already informed the reception about our departure time. Apart from that, the location is not close to the city center and all of the sights and it is a little time consuming to get there by getting 2-3 means of transportation.

We chose this hotel because we were there about 7-8 years ago and remember that it is comfortable enough and good value for money. So, its advantages are: 1. Armando was very helpful (thank him a lot with all what we ask him for especially for printing our boarding passes:) 2. Location is good, about 10-15 min walk and you are on the tram 8. About 15 min more by the tram and you are on Piazza Venezia near all main sightseeings and shopping area. Also near there is a farmacy, small grocery shop and pizza 3. Comfortable bed 4. The room was clean

1. VERY VERY POOR WI-FI 2. No frying pan in the kitchen (I couldnt make an omelette or pancakes in the morning) 3. Leak in the kithen tap (everything was wet when I wash dishes) 4. Poor sound insulation between the rooms

Apartment clean and spacious with good-sized sheltered balcony. Cooking facilities also good. Staff cleaned the apartment daily. Easy check-in. Manager Andrea very helpful. Internet reception good. Whole place gave off nice relaxing vibes.

Nothing really. It's outside the city centre, so sights like St Peter's Square mean a 30-minute bus./tram ride. But the location brings pros as well as cons. It's in a safe and quiet residential area which makes for a relaxing break from the city centre bustle. Plus it allows you to to see a different type of Rome.

Space was clean and tidy, bed was comfortable and the air conditioning was am excellent weapon against the heat in Rome. It was good to have a pot and plates etc to use for food made in the apartment.

The room lacked some basic amenities for cooking: sharp knives, chopping board, pepper etc.

Clean, spacious apartment with everything you could need for a city break. Staff were lovely. Couldn’t fault the property.

No doubt that the distance out of the city is a drawback of the property. 15 minute walk to the nearest 8 bus stop which goes to city centre. 25 minute walk to train station. All in all, you end up spending up on an hour or more of your day on transport/walking to transport .
