The gentleman that checked us in (forgot his name, but he had recently moved from Limon) was friendly and very helpful! Clean rooms, great air conditioning in the room, pretty setting with lots of trees in court yard and nice looking pool. Property was easy to find and an easy walk to the beach and main street where there were restaurants, cafes and shopping. It was nice to see the gate to property was closed in the morning and staff were there to open it for our vehicle when we left.

We stayed for one night and had to leave prior to 7:30 to get to the airport. We were therefore not able to take advantage of the breakfast included and there was no option for a breakfast to go. Gazebo in middle of court yard had a big ash tray full of cigaret butts, that smelled. It was our understanding there was no smoking on property, so that was a little disappointing to see. Our group of six sat in gazebo while making our plans for the day.

Location was quiet and secure. Our family of 4 got 2 rooms. Air conditioning and shower worked great. Garden view was lovely. We enjoyed a happy hour drink at the bar in the evening and a satisfying breakfast in the morning. Sunday morning market set up in the lot next to the hotel was the best! Beautiful items by many vendors. We wish we would have purchased more but it was our first night. Darn!

The landscaping was so well Maintained and was just gorgeous The pool was super clean and inviting, not to mention the pool man was a great added feature! The front desk lady was so nice and Carlos was so helpful with our questions and helped us with our luggage! We are going back in a few days to stay again!

Not a thing! It was a 10/10

The down side was the hard beds. Very uncomfortable. We liked the pool and restaurant. Thursday night live music was a highlight of the trip.

The location is excellent - very close to the beach! And the pool is awesome :)

Our room: value for the money, not clear. Room was dated overall, the shower controls are hard to decipher, and that deep blue color, I'd change to white or neutral tones. The room had ants roaming around. Only 2x shower towels offered, not hand towels nor wash clothes. And only shower gel available, not shampoo nor conditioner. For the rate we paid, those should be offered, it should be better.

Convenient restaurant and bar on site. Dinner food good.

Pillows were flat, n covers ( gross); huge red ants everywhere! Restaurant service inattentive and slow.
