If I could rate this property higher than 10/10 I would! The location was perfect - close to attractions and a slew of bars and restaurants. Our host Bozena was exceptional - she organised a driver for us, took care of our washing, recommended restaurants and made bookings - she went above and beyond of what I expected. The room was a good size and clean with the bed being comfortable. The breakfast was great and we chose to have it in the courtyard daily. Palermo is a big city but being close to Teatro Massime made it easy to get around as most buses went by there. I would recommend this property and would have no hesitation in staying there again. Excelent experience. If I could rate this property higher than a perfect 10/10, I truly would! From start to finish, our experience was simply exceptional. The location was ideal—right in the heart of Palermo, within walking distance of top attractions, and surrounded by fantastic restaurants. Our host, Bozena, was amazing; she treated us with genuine warmth and went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. She provided excellent recommendations and ensured we had everything we needed. The room itself was perfect, with thoughtful details that made it feel like a true haven. It was spacious, spotless, and equipped with everything we could want, including a comfortable bed, a silent ambiance, Netflix, a daily bottle of water, and premium toiletries. We even had a jacuzzi for extra relaxation! Breakfast each morning was an absolute highlight. Bozena personally asked about our preferences including cheese, fresh bread, fruit, croissants, coffee, fresh orange juice and etc.—a delightful way to start our day. With its convenient location close to Teatro Massimo, getting around the city was a breeze, as most buses pass through that area. I would highly recommend this property to anyone visiting Palermo and would gladly stay here again. Wow we had such an amazing stay, we couldn't recommend it highly enough! Bozena was a perfect host, she was attentive and generous. The room was perfectly equipt with everything we could have needed and more, especially wine glasses and make up remover! The breakfast choices were amazing and delicious. The jacuzzi was a perfect to unwind after a busy day being a tourist. We didn’t want to leave! She even did some clothes washing for us, such a great stay.

Nothing it was great

Bojena was wonderful, offering great breakfast in the “garden” - a small courtyard outside our room - which included cheese and meats, croissants, fresh fruit, yoghurt, juice and coffee. She recommended and booked restaurants for us and washed some of our clothes. Our room was lovely and included a jacuzzi.

There was nothing we didn’t like. Bojena was lovely and always willing to help, and the location was great, close to restaurants, bars, shops, a supermarket and a fresh food market.

The way the owner treated us was simply perfect... The room and the bathroom have everything you can think of: jacuzzi, netflix, coffee, a bottle of water every day for free, different products like gel shampoo... Also the breakfast was amazing, every day she was asking us our preferences, and we could enjoy breakfast at the little cute patio (ham a and cheese, bread, fruit, croissant, coffee, fresh orange juice...). Also comfortable bed and silent room. Besides all those details, the location was great and she gave us good recommendations for sight seeing and restaurants.

What’s not to love about B&B Massimo Inn? Perfect location close to the centro storico and to a parking just outside the ZTL. The room is wonderfully decorated and the spa bathtub is great after a nice day walking. The breakfast in the garden is a must, and was absolutely delicious (try the wonderful canolli and the iris, fried or not fried). And on top of it, the family taking care of this place is just nice and friendly as can be. Don’t hesitate if you want to travel to Palermo, this is the best place you could ever find !

Amazing hospitality ( warm welcome and host taking time to explain using map where to go and what to see and then customized delicious breakfast in the garden). The room is spotless clean and has a luxurious bathroom. It is located in a nice building very close to everything Bożena is a great communicator, attentive and flexible. Fantastic experience!.

Bozena is a wonderful host. She made everything so easy and ensured we had everything we needed. She repeatedly refreshed our bottled water, took care of our laundry, gave us great recommendations (her response time was stellar), and even booked an airport driver for us. Her place is also in a great location.

Great host, great location. Host went out of her way to do extra things like arranging beach towels, booking local drivers, offering choices for breakfast or printing tickets - she could not have been more accommodating, nothing was too much. She was always quick to respond via WhatsApp too. Great location, less than 5 minutes to all the action and so many eating options,

Very conveniently located in the center of Palermo but on a quiet street. We enjoyed eating breakfast in the courtyard and the comfortable room. The breakfast was fresh and varied, served by the friendly and attentive host. We were able to arrange a pickup service at the airport which was very efficient.
