What a fabulous place! Awesome location with stunning views out to sea. Staff were full marks and eager to please - felt like we had 10 personal butlers. Lovely small swimming pool. Food at the restaurant was totally delicious- full marks to the chef, it really was first class in every aspect. We ate there every day of our 3 day stay and were delighted every time. A lovely small resort ideal for a dreamy stay on the island. Thank you everyone that looked after us so well.

Two things - the bathroom and area outside the main bedroom is dark and musty. My wife said it felt like a dungeon. It was a bit dreary damp and dark like a prison. Secondly- the small beach in front of the hotel needs a clean. Nothing major- but there is litter and discarded plastic bottles etc left strewn around. The beach is only used for the hotel patrons and I’m sure it would take only a few hours to clean it up and make it look more appealing.

-Great place to stay for couples if you are looking for something quieter/more relaxing -The room was large and bed very comfortable -A/C worked great -Staff was very friendly and helpful -After reading some of the lower rated reviews, we were a little concerned that the room was going to be dirty or infested with bugs. We found it to be clean. I think if you are staying in a bungalow, you have to expect a fly/mosquito or two to find a way into the room. -The view from our balcony was spectacular -Free beach towels and snorkeling equipment -We booked a private boat tour through the hotel to take us around Ko Phi Phi Lee for snorkeling (a must do) and the hotel provided us with several free bottles of water and soda, towels, fruit bowls and a cooler with ice -A nice pool with a great view and poolside service -Definitely a little more remote, but there are some bars and restaurants about a 10 min walk (or they will call a taxi for you) from the hotel

-The food was not good. Breakfast was ok, but after trying the rest of the food we ate our meals at other restaurants. If the food had been better (a critical part when you are staying at a resort), this review would've been a 10/10 if you are looking for a nice quiet stay with your significant other.

The chalet with sea and pool side was just dreamy, simple but comfortable. Very comfortable bed and opening the curtains in the morning to watch the sunrise was just perfect! The pool area is lovely, super cute and well kept. The check in and out staff was efficient and very happy to help. She organized a tour boat and fast boat to phuket which was great, thank you! 10min walk to the nearest village where you can find good little restaurants. Great to explore Nui Nui beach and to trek to Phi Phi viewpoint (worthy)!

No access to phiphi city centre except by boat! If you want to stay longer at the centre make sure you are happy to pay 1000-1500baths for a boat ride at night. Breakfast could be improved a lot. The beach side (where the long boat drop us) could be tidier and more inviting. If you want night life or a bit more movement this is not the place for you!

Great size room, fabulous views, good location just a 10 minute walk from the village, staff very friendly and helpful. The room, restaurant and pool area were very clean.

The transfer from the pier was badly organised. We arrived into Phi Phi at 4pm via ferry, met the staff member who said to meet at a certain place at 4.30pm for the 4.30pm long boat transfer, We got there for 4.25pm and the staff member was nowhere in sight! He returned at 4.45pm and we were told the boat had left. We were made to wait for the 5.30pm long boat transfer to the hotel. It wasn't a great start but once we arrived at the property, everything was perfect and our transfer back to the pier as we were leaving was all fine. I'd also say that the food wasn't the best but the village has many restaurants and is only a 10 minute walk away.

Wonderful resort. Our house was very nicely decorated, big, very clean and had an amazing view. Every Morning we could observe the Sunrise From our bed. really amazing. The breakfast was excellent - and also Dinner. The staff was extraordinary friendly and helpful. We really, really enjoyed our stay.

To get 10 … there are just 2 minor things for improvement: (a) a bit better shower (warmer water and more power and (b) a free shuttle to a Beach that allows Swimming (e.g. Laem tong bay). This Beach has a walking distance of about 20-25 Minutes - but as it is hot … it is hard. The 2 beaches closer (Koh Lana Bay and Loh Bagao just allow swimming with high Tide and the Major Part of Loh Bagao Seems to be private/ Belonging to a resort). The „beach“ Right in Front of the Hotel does Not allow swimming at all. Our „work around“: renting a longtail boat and going by Boat to all the nice beaches and doing a Tour (highly recommended … the one with Mr. Mote).

Beautiful rooms and stunning views. This property is located about 20-30 min long tail boat ride from Tonsai and has a very relaxed and chilled out atmosphere. the pool area is beautiful with the pool being very warm. The rooms were kept extremely clean and the bed was super comfortable. We tried the restaurant for breakfast and lunch and both were excellent. The hotel is about a 15 min walk from the local village with a lovely selection of restaurants and bars. We organised a boat trip with snorkelling from the village, which was fantastic.

The only warning is that the hotel is not really suitable for anyone with access issues as we had to wade about 50 meters from the long tail boat to shore to access the property.There are also lots of steps to access reception and some of the rooms. The hotel staff were fantastic and carried our luggage the whole way from the boat to our rooms on their shoulders! None of this would put us off visiting, just that we felt it could be difficult for some people.

Stunning views. Amazing and polite staff. Everything is clean and well kept. Free use of canoe and other snorkelling equipment. Much nicer being round the other side of Phi phi, rather than at the busy port side.

Very little that I can comment on for improvement or negative. The showers could have a little more power, but you’re on a very small island so these things are to be expected! Can’t really fault the experience.

The room is really nice and clean, although we did found two cockroaches in the room we don't blame the resort as it is on an island. We loved all the wooden structure and furniture, the platform outside is great to chill at with nice sea breeze. The pool is amazing with great sea view, and very clean chairs.

The beach outside of the resort is a rather small one, so on high tide there's almost no beach at all. Unfortunately comparing to other beaches the water here is also not so clear, so if you want a white sand beach just at your resort this might not be your spot. On low tide you can see all the reefs coming out and it's nice to get a kayak from the resort.

The hotel was beautiful! Our family bungalow was perfect - the view was amazing, comfortable beds and AC was cold! The food at the restaurant was very good! The snorkeling right off the beach was amazing - tour groups actually stopped by and snorkeled there. The village was within an easy 10 minute walk with several bars and restaurants.

The hotel shuttle to the port was late - so just make sure you book your return speedboat/ferry time with enough cushion to make sure you make it on time!
