This beachfront property offers an exceptional value proposition, boasting stunning, unobstructed views of the sea. Waking up to the breathtaking clear waters of Koh Phi Phi is a truly remarkable experience. However, it is important to note that the property's prime location near the beachfront nightclubs does result in some noise, which is a common issue faced by all properties offering similarly impressive views. This factor is beyond the control of the property management. My recommendation would be to explore the nearby islands during the day and return to your bungalow in the evening, as the fatigue from a day of adventure may help you sleep through any potential noise disturbances. The property's location is advantageous, as it does not require an arduous uphill walk, unlike some other resorts in the area. If you are willing to walk approximately 15 minutes up steep hills in hot humid weather, you may find quieter properties, but they will not offer the same level of breathtaking views as this one. Even with the loud music playing until late in the evening, I would still highly recommend staying at this property for its unparalleled views and value. Be sure to take advantage of the property's pool, which maintains a perfect temperature and also offers stunning sea views. Snorkeling enthusiasts will be delighted to know that you can easily access the beach by walking down a small hill from the property -- please don't come to Koh Phi Phi without scheduling a private long-tail boat tour of the island chain -- it's a huge mistake to miss that! Bring quality snorkeling gear from Decathlon sports store prior to coming to the island!!! We found high quality masks there for 200 THB and 150 THB for a snorkel.

Basically everything. The staff are really nice, the facilities are great and you can rent out snorkels and kayaks and everything.

The only issue is with the location. In itself it’s nice but you have the party beach facing you so you will have loud music from 8pm to 2am every night.

My Seafront Room (Number 20) had a STUNNING view of the hills in Tonsai Bay, whether it was sunrise/sunset or during the day! Great location, near the town centre without being too close to the hustle and bustle. Big shoutout to the staff for making my week long stay comfortable and for also helping book all my ferry tickets, hugely appreciated! ☺️🙏 My room was comfortable, showers were hot, balcony had chairs to relax on and also access to rocks below where you can hire a kayak.

Be conscious that if you’re staying anywhere in Tonsai Bay, you will hear the beach parties loud and clear. This is nothing against the property, just to be aware of if you’re staying in this area. The property provide ear plugs to help you sleep and they help a lot! ☺️

We really enjoyed our stay here. The location was really good — it was far from the loud partying on the island, which suited us perfectly although there is a bar next door that can sometimes be a bit loud. We had a lovely view from our little bungalow, which was spacious, came with a good balcony, and even had a mini fridge. The staff were really lovely and helpful throughout our stay. We also appreciated the laundry service — it was very reasonably priced and done quickly, which was great since we were only there for a short time. The property had some nice on-site facilities, including kayak hire, a bar, and a free-to-use pool table that we had a lot of fun with.

The pool was out of use for half of our stay and didn’t look particularly clean, so we probably wouldn’t have used it anyway. Although the property had a nice view of the beach, there was no direct beach access due to the rocky shoreline. That said, it wasn’t too far to walk down to a sandy, accessible part of the beach. The shower pressure was quite low but nothing major.

The view from the room was incredible, really nice pool to relax in after a long day at the beach. The staff were super nice and friendly.

The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. There was also a fridge, kettle and hairdryer which was useful. The shower presssure is also good and the water can be warm. The room also has a partial view of the island and sea which becomes a full view if you go to the communal sitting area. The pool is small but clean and with showers. The staff are very nice. They picked up our bags from the pier when we arrived and dropped them back off too. It’s not luxury, but it is clean and has everything you need, plus in an amazing location! 15 minute walk from the port, so away from the main hustle and bustle but still not too far.

It was slightly noisy at night, but this was noise from far away, so nothing that the accommodation can control. They did provide earplugs in the room though which was a nice touch.

I loved the waterfront bungalows we stayed in. They’re rustic and old fashioned but so comfy and cozy - and the view from the location is beautiful. The bed was nice and firm and the bathroom is functional. I didn’t know until we got there that Phi Phi Island is party central, and the loud music every night until the wee small hours is okay if you’re only there for a few nights. Oh, and there are cute little dogs at the property.

It was lovely sitting on the balcony watching the sunset; the only thing missing is a fan to help with the humidity. The room could use some hooks or rails to hang things up to dry, such as towels/ bathers.

Rustic wooden huts located on the coast along from the main area of the island. Had a balcony and we were raised up from the sea, so had great views across the bay. Air-con was good, bathroom with a hot shower and fridge is always good. There is a very small pool, which is great for cooling off in, but now for swimming lengths! The young staff were excellent. Friendly and efficient. There is free bottled water each day, plus you can refill with cold water at reception. Bonus!

Don't expect state of the art and you won't be disappointed. Everything works well and does the job. You feel like you escape the busy 'town' area each time you go back there, as it is a short walk from all the shops, bars and restaurants. This is a good thing if you value a little peace and quiet.

The view from our room was gorgeous!! loved waking up and seeing it every morning. Great location. The staff were so nice, welcoming, friendly and helpful! They even meet you at the pier to take your bags to the hotel and back to the pier on check out. Massive thank you to everyone at the hotel for a great stay. The room was as expected very nice and clean, standard double room, very spacious, comfortable double bed, handy amenities such as air con, hair dryer, fridge, water, soap, WiFi etc provided - would definitely stay again. We booked very last minute and ended up extending our stay, it was just what we needed for a couple of nights!

Nothing to say - really enjoyed the stay! You can hear the music from the beach but it’s nothing that kept me up or disturbed me at all, and if you want a good location near everything then this is expected from this side of a small party island.

The pictures don't lie. This bungalow is right above the beach and you get to wake up to beautiful blue waters which is always a win in my opinion. The rooms were comfortable. I had a private deck and the room was decently big. The AC unit worked well which is a must and I loved that there was a working fridge in there to keep my bottle water cold. When I arrived, there was a little bit of confusion with the person meeting me at the dock but it got sorted and I am so happy I didn't have to track my bags to and from the dock. The location is out of the way from the main hustle and bustle of the shops, but still is a short walk to them. It is also only a few minute walk away from the main swimming beach where you can get paddle board and kayak for rent. On that beach they also do night parties which have a cool fire dance put on by freedom bar you must check out. When I arrived they also handed me a cold bottle of water which was so appreciated. I do recommend for location and activity.

Just to note, since it is near the beach with parties going on till 2 in the morning. The ocean does carry the sound up to the rooms. Not the loudest, but enough to feel the vibrations. So if you are a light sleeper, they provide ear plugs, but also you may want to go more inland away from the beach.
